This town of "My Doctor" will charge your insurance for tests they do not perform on patients. It also has long waiting times, even if you make an appointment.

After getting the courage to finally get the needed medical care I sought after, I didn't have to look far (literally less than half mile from my apartment). Miss Maricela was patient and understanding when I called last minute and got me scheduled before they closed. Then Miss Yulyana was beyond friendly while remaining professional while she took my vitals and explained more in detail the steps ahead- something that helps me greatly as I get high anxiety and stress from just seeing a doctor. And finally the head honcho Mr. Clendenes completed the visit that left me more than satisfied and grateful for helping and treating me at last minute, something they truly didn't have to fulfill.

My daughter and I came in this morning for some results and we were truly amazed how friendly, delightful, and VERY WELL MANNERED this young lady had attended us: Ms. Yulyana! We loved her energy, very kind, sweet, all smiles and we felt a very warm welcomed by her. We loved it! Y’all definitely should have more individuals like her. Thank you Yulyana.

Clinicas mi doctor is wonderful always going above and beyond on my care I recommend this clinic to anyone, they helped me when I had a work injury and ever since then I love coming over here they are very attentive and give wonderful care.

I checked in online, which made the visit faster. Everyone was really nice and professional.
The MA who took my labs, Yuliana, was really kind, she answered all the questions I had during the visit.
The manager, Cynthia Mendez, remembered me from my last visit and made sure that everything was good.

Very grateful to Dr Omolade, assistant Maria, and Marisela in the front desk, and the entire team at Mi Doctor for their excellent quality of care, compassion, attentiveness, and warmth.

If you want to receive high-quality care, you should go to another clinic especially if you're not Hispanic, because of the ineffective communication and slow timeliness this one is unethical. The care that this clinic provides is unacceptable and unprofessional. My son had an appointment scheduled at 12: 45 we waited while they called another patient and the appointment was scheduled at 1: 00. Makes no sense the access to healthcare that this clinic provides is as if there are not enough barriers in place already. The office manager, who was of zero assistance, was unable to give a reasonable justification for the lengthy wait and despite repeated explanations; all she could offer was, "I'll send an email and "cc" you. If you are looking for quality care this is not the clinic communication is not effective, and inefficient timeliness you are better off going to the ER the wait time is about the same.

I felt ver good at my appointment yesterday especially with nurse Yuliana she's a very sweet nurse an so very careful she explains everything thoroughly and just makes you feel comfortable and well cared for thank you!

Worst experience in mi doctor my appointment was at 1: 15 is already 3 that’s crazy need better service

Bad service I do not recommend it they did not attend me I arrived with severe pain and the doctor does not want to attend to more people it is 10 am so much staff and that they do not help you this place is not recommended
