This place was so nice! It was a little hard to navigate at first but once I figured it out it was easy.found this beautiful dress for $20! Such a steal.the employees were also helpful and sweet:)

They were not very friendly I waited for 2hrs for them to buy 18$ worth of clothes waste of my time.

I like their clothes, but my cashier, Courtney, removed the tag from an expensive jacket I bought from this location, it was gone when I got to my car and checked my purchase. Still has the original tags on it but not the one for this store so I can't return it. I suspect this may have been done on purpose so I guess pay attention to your cashier. Can't trust this store anymore.

I was not made aware at the point of sale that designer items sold are final sale (even after mentioning it was my first time at their store). I then asked to sell back the item and the associate (politely enough) offered me half of what I had paid for it. I would recommend being 100% sure about your purchases from this store due to their return policy (or lack thereof) but I won’t be back myself.

I bought online and the staff was extremely helpful and patient. They sent me more pictures of the item and were happy to answer all of my questions. A big shout out to this Clothes Mentor. I wish I lived close enough to visit in person!

Brought stuff in to sell. I was told it would take 15-30 minutes. The girl handling my buy walked out to “do something at Plato’s Closet”, and just left me waiting. After nearly an hour, I finally had to just take my stuff and leave. The fact that I had been standing there after purchasing some things clearly made no difference. She just walked out

They charge online customers more than the store!

I went here yesterday and Kirsten went above and beyond to help me! She was so lovely to talk to and I had a wonderful visit to the store. This is the best Clothes Mentor you will ever visit I can guarantee you that!

I brought a ton of clothes and shoes a lot were brand new with tags and they didn't take one thing. It's confusing to me because while I walked around the store I saw a lot of outdated, stained and ripped items on the racks. There are so many items on the clothing racks that you cant maneuver to see anything. And forget about pulling anything out-unless you enjoy clothes falling off the hanger and hangers so brittle they break apart. Maybe it's a good time to go through all those racks and get those outdated, stained and ripped clothes out of there? I wouldn't go back simply because I couldn't get anything off of the racks without a lot of bad things happening.

Great place to shop, nice selection of clothes, shoes and purses, They are very friendly there.

Loved this store since I moved here in 2016. They are honest and care. The owner and all the people that work here are wonderful. They work hard and always have a smile on their face no matter what you are going through. They have great designer selection and everyday selection. They keep the store organized and even put out things that go together. I was able to turn in a few bags today and get a bunch of dress clothes that are compliant so that I can return to work. Check them out online she said she has a store in Flower-mound as well.

I love Clothes Mentor. I don't follow the mainstream but I like good clothing and I can always find something at CM.

They got my one star only because there was not a zero star option.
I took in 10 bags of clothes in amazing condition. Many still with tags on. Dresses, coats.everything except swimming suits, shorts and unmentionables. It bears to be said that I am recovering from surgery. My son brought these bags in and they offered so assistance at all. An hour later (which was not a long time to go through it all. Makes me wonder if they did), I was texted to come back. They accepted only a handful of items and gave me $24. I loaded 2 very heavy bags out before I was sincerely in pain and asked for help. The blonde girl behind the counter literally ROLLED HER EYES AT ME and then went to get a cart from the back to help. Oh! Wouldn’t that have been nice to have in the beginning!
When I entered with all the bags in the first place they were clearly put out. Even my son made a comment about it. Maybe because my items were plus sized? I dunno. Zero stars. Do not recommend.

Great selection of clothing, and handbags but NO PUBLIC RESTROOM which makes me want to shop at other resale shops like Uptown Cheapskate. The closest restroom is at Sam Moon, so if you go a lot or have kids who need to use the restroom, be prepared to walk back and forth.
