Went last week 5: 20pm thinking they were
Open until7: 00pm noted on their website. There was a sign on the door that said we are closing early at 6: 00 due to short staff. I grabbed a few shirts to try on @5: 40 and was told the dressing rooms were closed? No apology, just plain rude! If that was the case then they should have closed at 5: 00 pm to clean dressing rooms after customers were gone. I usually enjoy coming here but that was unacceptable.

If I could I would rate 0 stars because I came in to sell, and was told immediately that she probably take nothing of my things, and then was told that even if she did it would be maybe one thing. It’s bad enough that I didn’t even get a greeting when I walked in, but being told that my items are worthless when not even having the opportunity to sell is absolutely unprofessional and rude. Even if there was a sale and I wanted to buy something, I wouldn’t know because she didn’t want to give the the time or day. TERRIBLE DONT COME HERE. She is more worried about her windows being clean and her racks being organized….

Terrible staff. Denied BRAND NEW CLOTHES. And communication after drop off was terrible. We had to pop up after 4 hours of waiting to find out they dont want not 1 od my 40 items. Platos closet is way better. NEVER AGAIN. Will be calling corporate!

Today was my second visit, yet again no one greeted me and apparently they don’t do buys on Sundays. They should put it on there website so people don’t waste time and gas to drive out to there location.

I walked in, said hi to the two women working the counter. They just stared at me while I walked down the aisle then continued their conversation. After some browsing I quickly realized the biggest size I could find was 10. Not a store for me or people wanting a friendly face.

Prices are high for used items. One pair of shoes I looked at had the sole falling off. Many items seemed dirty, especially shoes.

Great place, highly recommend. Designer brands, you can find new or gently cared for items for a fraction of the price. The team members were great!

I was not acknowledged upon arrival (workers continued to talk to each other and then once the conversation was done, I was acknowledged). The service was not friendly nor helpful, and I was not able to sell my items.

- You have to have an appointment just to drop off clothes
- You have to bring your own plastic bin in order to drop them off or they won’t take your clothes
- Literally who is going to sell here/ shop here with such ridiculous requirements? Completely unreasonable.

They require an appointment for one to sell clothes. But, this is not mentioned on their website.

Wonderful high end selection of clothes shoes and purses! Makes for a great quick or long shopping experience.

Brought in a brand new coach and new fossil bag to see what the offer would be. As a secret shopper, I can say I was shocked by the $11 offer, after hearing murmur about who was gonna get my bags. Then was smirked at when I asked again $11? Maybe next time focus on the customer and not talk about how a country song reminds you, of high school and being twirled, also be sure your customers aren't within ear shot to hear, "I'm gonna get this bag watch. " I will be letting everyone I know to avoid this location.
