Good for selling name brand items at a much reduced rate quickly than online, when I try to shop there though I don't find things too often so they are either selling good things quickly or their taste for buying isn't up to par

This place is my go-to! They have AMAZING prices and MANY options for women of all sizes. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve gotten clothing brand new with tags for not even a quarter of the original price. I have gotten several of my close friends absolutely hooked on this place as well.

As for the customer service, Chrystal and her team are incredible. They are helpful, kind and above all, PATIENT. I have been in there before and personally seen how they have been treated by customers and it is unacceptable, HOWEVER, they continue to be kind and help everyone that comes in.

I have been shopping there for 4 years now and it is my favorite place to go. 10/10 recommendation!

Poor customer service. Crystal's personality on the live sales is not the same as the rude customer service she provides instore. I've tried ignoring the lack and poor customer service I've been provided in the past, but this last week her mannerism in which she addressed me, was rude and unprofessional. I had gone in to buy a few things but when I approached her to ask a question she rudely answered and then made a facial expression to her employee in regards to me.

I’m pretty excited I found this place. I don’t know if I can pay full price anywhere now. The prices are great and the clothes are CUTE.

The BEST, most FUN store in Fort Worth! Every time I shop there I leave with so many great things. I can’t stop you, Clothes Mentor!

If I could give no stars I would I do not recommend this store to anyone, I went to this location just because it was a lot closer to my house but the staff are rude and one of them was in the back arguing with somebody on the phone I asked for help on pants and the employee kept rudely giving me capris. I will just stick with driving out to the alliance location.

The website for THIS LOCATION says they are accepting clothes for all seasons. They rejected most of mine because they are only accepting spring and summer. Also, the young woman was rude. I had a number of McLaughlin dresses that were less than a year old and still selling in the store for $225, but I was told they didn’t match their “brand level. ” Ok then. The store itself is kind of cool but not worth it for the attitude.

Sizes up to women's size 26, this place was very nice and clean. They had super cute options even Modcloth dresses. All gently used clothing and at decent price points for the brands.

No sense of urgency. Workers are oblivious to everything that goes on in the store. Never coming back here again. Uptown Cheapskate is a much better place to go to than Clothes Mentor.

VERY disappointed in the staff today, Kat and hermeinda. I felt so unwelcomed and unappreciated. Please hire employees that don’t rub their bad attitudes off at the customers. Y’all will not have my business anymore since it is clearly not appreciated. It was my first and DEFINITELY last visit.

I buy stylish clothes and purses here. I wouldn’t be able to afford the labels I buy at full retail. I hate to mention them because I don’t want to share my secret. Lol. Staff buys great stuff! The manager always does Facebook live too. I need to try selling there.

I seriously do not understand why this same woman is here. This is not my first bad experience with her terrible attitude. Not only do you get a horrible deal on selling clothes, the attitude that comes with that.is awful. Reading through the comments. I see I’m not the only who feels the same way. Hire someone who is nice and enjoys their job at least.

This a nice place to get name brand items at a low price. They also buy your items also. Great way to get some extra cash.

I love the Clothes Mentor! They always have great clothes and great brands. I frequently buy clothes that still have the original tags on them for a GREAT price. Chrystal is always incredibly friendly, and her entire staff are wonderful. Most of them greet me by name when I come in. I see people complain they didn't but their clothes or get a lot of money from them, but they are selective about what they buy, so you have a great selection of quality product. Definitely recommend this place!

Clothes Mentor has amazing employees, and they're so very nice. Their service is fast and very beneficial. Clothes Mentor has very good deals and their products are in good condition!

Worst than Plato Closet. Poor selection only like 7 maxi dresses and the rest looks not fashionable at all. Also there is no one in line to sell but they made me wait like over 30 minutes. Never come back!

I enjoy shopping here for clothes and purses. I buy a lot of wallets here too because they’re way less expensive than buying designer wallets at the mall. I love a cute wallet!
