My door wouldn't shut. The hinges had came loose. I couldn't close my door. It was after the office had closed. Maintenance came within 30 minutes. He was very nice and worked fast. They have always taken great care of me. Greatful.

Ella, leasing agent is phenomenal! She took her time, inquired about my needs and found me the perfect unit. The apartments (certain units) are completely remodeled. Very nicely done. Complex is well maintained and quiet. Office staff seems to have great relations with current residents. I was very impressed with the ease and promptness of the rental process. Great promos going on currently. I’m excited to have found my new home.

They girls in the office are amazing! Nothing but good vibes. They make you feel welcomed! Nice, quiet, and safe environment. Maintenance is great about coming to fix any problem. A great place to call home

I would like to say that Ella did a good job getting me in.i moved in Jan.had no problem they sprayed upon request, but inMAY had a storm which developed with damage to the room. Every time it rain it would leak.that I would tell Ella 3 times. NOTHING HAPPENED UNTIL I WAS MOVING OUT! Found water from the leak in my tools but they fixed the problem.but I cleaned that apt.from bottom up expecting some kind of deposit back. NO I OWE them they were LEGAL SCAMMER DO PLZ DO NOT RENT APY WITH ROACHES IN IT. CHOSE IT WISELY!

They really worked with me on everything. Made things easy to move 2 hours from my home. Nice, quiet location.

Im glad I chose The Club at Spring Lake Apartments. The apartments are very clean and nice. I would like to give the office staff many thanks for their professionalism, and time management with getting me into my apartment. I would like to express my gratefulness for their excellent customer service and hospitality. I am grateful and happy that I chose you guys as my choice for apartments. Keep up the great work! A few things are falling apart, sinks are rotted underneath, multiple used air-conditioning units, none ever new, when I asked them to replace my dishwasher they gave him one that did not fit, it was dingy and permanently stained, I had to wash my dishes in it for months until the stains faded it does not clean my dishes well, there are flies coming from inside the drywall, this happens every time it gets near spring or summer, in the past three months the water pressure has diminished to basically nothing, this happens after running the shower for five minutes, it is hard to do day-to-day chores without sufficient water pressure, when I moved in here I offered to tile this place, At my own expense, my unit, they denied the offer / request, I am a contractor, I specialize in remodeling, now I am stuck with a dingy carpet, there is still a popcorn ceiling from the 1980s, when I asked for a new oven it was denied I am stuck using the same oven for the past 10 years, the range does not work or function properly, the wall outlets, the power sockets spark and pop when you plug something in, it’s a complete fire hazard, i’ve asked multiple times to have the oven replaced and I never get one, I put in multiple work order requests for the power outlets and still nothing has happened I pay a little over $1000 for one bedroom unit with these conditions that exist. There is also a very large hornets nest forming underneath the facia and inside the attic, multiple pest control contractors have been informed still nothing is done about it, do not attempt to have any visitors or relatives come stay with you overnight, as there are not adequate visitor parking spaces available, it is almost like an entrapment, when I came here they told me that the uncovered parking against the world is for visitors, now they have put up only a couple of signs in front of each building it is not enough to Accommodate every person in the building having a relative over during the holidays, they will tow your car

Rent recently raised to over $1700 for apartment worth $700-750 (with "upgrades"). Roaches are a problem (transferred units and talked to others in different buildings). A/C units are old and insulation leaves electric bill around $700/m + for some. When you see window units (those tenants had to buy themselves) and their bills are $150+ on a 800 square ft unit (poor insulation). I was in a previous property paying about $990/m for 1015 Sq ft with attached garage electric was $135-150/m. They are over priced and leaning toward slum.

The office staff is EXCELLENT and friendly. The maintenance men are forgetful so multiple requests are required to fix single issues and often are not repaired properly. Maintenance men change often though and they don't seem capable of keeping a consistent crew for some reason.

Office staff 5. Maintenance 2 stars.but all the negatives are taking a toll. It's unfortunate that the owners fixed the pool before they replaced the A/C units, especially when the pool is usually not clean.

Nice place to live if you don’t want to pay crazy amount for a 2bed 2bath. It’s decent. I would give 5 but they are a little old. But Amber the owner is amazing and staff has always been nice.

Awesome place to live feels like home. Office ladies are very helpful especially Ella. Thanks for the good experience so far. And I'd like to add been here now almost a year and still feel the same way.

It’s an amazing place to start off I was helped by Crystal! She’s amazing always answering my question!

I will be moving soon, only because inflation is kind of high in Haltom City, and the fact that every time im in the office, Ella is extremely rude to me. When I walk in the office, she doesnt speak, I literally have to speak to her first. If she does speak first, it’s very monotone like she doesn’t want to be bothered. She was super nice when she helped me sign my lease. Regardless of her rudeness, Crystal, Stephanie, and Amber are super nice to me. Very understanding and I appreciate that. The appliances arent really up to par, and I have the renovated kitchen. Maintenance always get the job done, and I never had any problems with any rodents or bugs. I would recommend staying here if you cannot find anything else. The neighbors are nice and literally every shop is right by you. With that being said, Thank you

Crystal was very helpful from beginning to the end of the application process. The apartment grounds are very well kept. It is so quiet and just been an absolute joy living here. I had a couple work orders the turn around time was within 2 days. I have enjoyed my stay.

Crystal got me in my apartment complex in under 24 hours. She was also nice enough to come in on her off day to hand over keys to apartment.
