12A few years ago, I was diagnosed with Lupus and Connective Tissue Disorder (CTD). I had always been a walker, walking up to three miles per day. However, I started finding myself getting slower and slower and couldn't walk in this Texas heat! So, that took out several months of the year. I researched Pilates and found that this fit my lifestyle and health goals better! My CTD can cause stiffness and also, very stretched ligaments and tendons. This causes me to lose my balance. Pilates helps with this! And, my chronic fatigue with the Lupus isn't as severe after a workout! I have gained muscle tone and on my Pilates days I do sleep better! I will celebrate three years with Club Pilates next month! Thanks to Jordan and the team for keeping up my success it is a God Send!
Jordan is a BOSS! She handles all of the business of the club and teaches such great classes too! Love you JJ!
Club Pilates is my go-to for exercise, stress relief, relaxation, and toning my muscles (that’s a given). Anna’s classes always push me to challenge myself while honoring my ability level. I leave more refreshed every.single.time. She also plays some pretty fun music and always comes into class with upbeat, positive energy!
There’s a wide range of classes they offer, and although the waitlist seems frustrating, I normally get into classes easily.
They modify workouts, and I have taken classes with so many different body types of all ages. I’ve never felt judged if I did something incorrect, only kind redirection and assistance (which I am thankful for).
If you are thinking about trying Pilates, don’t wait! Your body will thank you.

Jordan is absolutely extraordinary. Truly the best instructor ever. It’s a privilege to work with her and I feel that the training we’ve done with her has improved my health, and that of my husband tremendously. 100 stars.
Jordan is an exceptional instructor…her classes are consistently fresh (as in they are never the same routine as not to get repetitive) and how you can do that with a 50 minute work out I have no clue-but I am thankful.
I LOVE Celeste’s a Pilates teacher. She has a smile in her voice and always mixes things up to make it fun and challenging!
Reformer Pilates is the best exercise format I have found in a lifetime of exercising, and Club Pilates is especially outstanding in the quality, quantity and variety of classes it offers. All of the instructors are excellent, understanding and supportive.
Jordon is a phenomenal instructor. She prepares for her classes and it shows! The exercises are varied, new moves are incorporated into every class and the classes speed by! She is excellent in cueing- helping you get the most from every move.
Excellent place to exercise and relax at the same time. The instructors, especially some of them, are very helpful and they are available if you have any questions or concerns.
The overall experience at this club, including also the front desk service, is excellent. I would highly recommend this place
