They do not service maintenance request at all. My microwave has not worked since I moved in back in October it is now January. The ladies that work there never give status updates and when they do they lie about the work order. Also their office is always closed. I wish Killeen had other realtors available when I pcs here. I do not recommend this company at all.
Update 5 months later and my microwave still hasn’t been fixed.
Update I’ve been living here an ENTIRE year and my microwave still doesn’t work. Oh yeah but they raised my rent $100.
