COACH, Austin TX

It was my 1st time at The Domain here in Austin, TX. I picked up a birthday gift and was pleasantly greeted by Brandon, Dylan and Brandon. They all complimented my purchase and also informed me of their new Spring 2023 Collection. The storefront was very large, well lit and organized. The fire engine red is such a bold statement piece! I almost was tempted to buy some other leather goods, but refrained as I am a well researched online shopper. This place also offers a generous Military discount. I will definitely be back again.

I went in December to get myself a Christmas present and Alyssa helped me out. She made the experience so great- buying a luxury bag should ALWAYS feel this special. Beautiful store, friendly help at all times. Loved it! Thank you.

Coach, as a brand, has improved tremendously over the last few years. This location has the friendliest staff and they keep the store in great condition. I love visiting and purchasing from this Coach store anytime I’m at The Domain.

While the store was only curbside I met Lauren, she was beyond helpful. She did everything she could to follow the policies and assist my Aunt and I with our purchase. When I came back to pick up my order I saw another purse I wanted for my Mother. She called me back weeks later to let me know it was on sale. She's the best. When I called back to order the purse Saen helped me. He was friendly, knowledgeable and patient. Definitely my favorite location.

Worst customer service ever. Pretentious and condescending adherence to “policy” without any attempt at offering a solution. I wasn’t looking for a refund, simply a solution, and I was offered nothing. Avoid this particular Coach store if you care to be treated like a decent human being. Update - I called COACH directly and they looked up my profile and offered me an instant exchange. I have never had a problem with them in the past so it was nice to be offered a solution. Just avoid the outlet mall location and you’ll get that quality service Coach usually provides.
