Lauren was awesome and very helpful. She's a good saleswoman and I really appreciated her help.

Recent visit was quite wonderful! Lauren was the SA that helped me pick out my new purse. She encouraged me to try on the different purse choices I was struggling to choose between. Lauren also recommended switching their straps (the new leather covered Pride colored chain) so I could see how it looked with each purse. On top of that she offered water, and made sure my new purse was nicely packaged and boxed (first time that’s happened with my purchases at Memorial Coach). She let me know about the upcoming sale, that I can schedule appointments with her, that she’ll keep an eye out for purses that match my style, and mentioned she’d call me in a couple of weeks to make sure I’m liking my new purse. Lauren goes above and beyond as an SA and she definitely deserves a raise. Best experience at Memorial Coach so far!

Had a great experience Monday with my fiancé picking out a bag for my birthday. My SA Agustin spent a lot of time helping me decide between two bags and swapping out different straps and bringing me more options. I decided to get both bags and he said I could take the last bag on the show floor but he said he wanted to order me a fresh bag. He placed the order for the new bag and got the other bag boxed up real pretty and even grabbed us some water bottles. Very pleasant experience and very happy coach has rebranded!
