Coachway Inn, Luling TX

Beware of the prices you get quoteed vs the price they want to charge you when you get there. Here is my story: I called on a Wednesday to check availability and price for the following Saturday. I was told yes on availability and $95 a night. I called Friday to reserve the room, no price was discussed.
So, we arrive Saturday night around 10: PM.
He pulls out my paperwork and it’s for $192? I told him I had called Wednesday and quoted $95. He said “NO” but I kept pushing and he dropped it to $176.
The next morning I went back to the office to talk about how they ripped me off. After a little more pushing, they gave me another $50 off. Overall the place was fair and I felt a little better. Just beware!

Do not Book this hotel!
Grease and hair on walls on shower.
Mold on the bottom of wall in bathroom.
Towels stained and did not look clean.
Booked a non Smoking room and room stank of cigarettes.

I have been there many years ago now I have staying there every month when I go through it's amazing and so beautiful and clean!

ROACH INFESTATION. Front desk and managers yell at me everyday. They show me other people's room and even showed my boss everyone's rooms. I'm sure that's illegal. Management goes in my room everyday and take my stuff. I finally had guts enough to confront them and they actually gave me my stuff back. Thats how i KNOW they STEAL. They refuse to give towels and sheets after I get off work at 3. I pay 1400 a month and they come in my room everyday even after I asked them not to. WORST OF ALL THEY JUST WALK IN ON ME NAKED AND JUST KEEP OPENING AND CLOSING THE DOORS. My friends said the same thing happened to them. Be careful.

Beds were dirty and had burn holes in the covers even though all rooms are non-smoking rooms and I was told the service staff were horrible by my family member I was with

It’s 8: 50 am and they are touching in the door asking for check out this is disgusting about the care of customer’s I don’t recommend this motel.

Smelled like smoke non smoking room checked in at 5 am said had to leave 4 hours later asked stay to 11 got another hour barely never heard such thing but if need a place to to sleep for gee 75$ isn’t horrible nicer than others nearby according to reviews

This inn is surrounded by a very small town, very small. It is clean, quiet. Spacious rooms. My husband is here for work and we have been here 3 weeks or so. I have had everything I need and asked for. I don't worry about my vehicle there is a police station 2 doors down. Owners also work here cleaning rooms. I have respect for them they are good people. My stay here has been very comfortable. There is a mini fridge cable TV and microwave. Looks as though this place has recently had a make over. They have done a great job. I'd stay here again.
