Been going here my entire life (19) and most of the doctors aren't keen at all. In my option, a lot of them are too old to work there. Multiple diagnoses I've had over the years have been off and I've had to change my main provider multiple times since they never seem thorough enough. The therapy side of things is honestly just as pathetic (if not worse) ESPECIALLY with the older therapist you get assigned with. I mean yeah it's a clinic it can get you through if urgent, but just go to UTMB.

Three years ago I Was misdiagnosed by a PA with a middle ear infection, when I really had an inner ear infection. After a round of ear drops and steroids, condition was not improving, because it was being treated wrong. I passed out one evening but quickly recovered. The next morning I woke up and could not hear out of my left ear. Was referred to UTMB ENT, where they correctly diagnosed it as SSHL due to a misdiagnosis made by CHW.but the damage was done to my inner ear and is irreversable. DUE TO AN INCORRECT DIAGNOSIS THRU COSTAL HEALTH AND WELLNESS.

Every time I decide to make an appointment with this clinic they screw me over every time. I walked in for dental appointment they send me to check in and cancel my appointment as I’m checking in!

I told the nurse that I was being coughing and feel like I had flu, well she immediately got me a mask and put one herself, after that she ask me about COVID symptoms and I said no, so when she got out of the room I could hear her talking and saying “she is coughing and she don’t even put a mask on” then someone said something and she replied “I know” then Dr. Morgan came in to the room acting like I have a deceased, she was in the room for no more than 5 minutes, I found that inconsiderate, there’s some good people working there but then others can I even say “hi, how are you doing today”

I've never had such a positive experience with a medical provider before. Maria walked me through the entire process, and regularly communicated with my insurance provider and I to make sure I would be covered. I was blown away by how much she cared about getting me the help I needed.

ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL STAFF! Ms. Maria the RN over at building B, is hands down the most professional, efficient, and supportive RN I’ve ever had the pleasure meeting. The entire team, from the front desk, to the medical assistants, to Ms. Maria, were of 5 star quality. I highly recommend this place (building B) for any services regarding STI/STD’s!

Adelina an Latonya in Medical Records are the most helpful I've come across in 35 year's of me Coming to Coastal Health and Wellness. They Both have gone out of their way to make sure my Intermittent Papers reach Jason Borillo in a Timely Manner. I hope I never have to go through all the Trouble my Company has request within this Paperwork making it very Stressful at times for me, but both Girl's were very supportive to me. Thanks Girls for all the Legwork an time you spent helping make sure my paperwork was Completed correctly per my company's requirements.
