Coastal Plains Animal Clinic reviews
8If I could give 0 stars I would. I was traveling with my mother and two dogs when my English Bulldog was in need of emergency care. We had two ladies helping us with trying to find an vet that could meet us at a clinic to help him. These two amazing women were able to get a hold of this vet and they were told that he would meet us at his clinic in 5 MINUTES! As we were driving there they pulled over to tell us that he would be charging us $2,000 for coming in on his day off, which we were willing to pay right then and there for our bulldog! Once we got to the clinic their was nobody in site besides the two ladies helping us and ourselves. One of the women came over to me and told me that he needed me to call him and answer some questions about my bulldog. When I called him he was very uncompassionate and seemed very bored about being on the phone with me! He told us that it was our fault because English bulldogs don't travel well. When I told him that our vet had approved all of our traveling with him and that he had made it all the way to Denver, Colorado in a car TWICE he tried to say that we had left him in the car unattended without A/C. After 5 minutes of us sitting in the parking lot waiting for him I was told by him that he hadn't even left his house yet, and that my Bulldog has probably had a seizure and there was no point in him coming to meet us there. ABSOULTY WORST VET I HAVE EVER HAD THE DISPLEASURE OF TALKING TO! PLEASE JUST FIND A DIFFERENT VET TO SAVE YOURSELF THE HEARTACHE!
I dropped off kittens for treatment that were soon to be placed in furever homes. They were quick to assist me with the lifting and carrying the 4 kennels, food and other accessories. They were very caring and attentive.
My daughter took her pet pet turtle to CPAC for having pneumonia. The staff was super friendly, professional and very helpful. Dr. Baron was informative, friendly and as a parent, I really appreciated how he showed a caring disposition explaining the diagnosis to to my daughter.
Just find another vet, save your time and money. It’s all about the money. If it’s your pet’s time it’s their time
I absolutely LOVE this place! The Vet is super thorough, the assistants are so patient with the fur babies, and I will definitely be returning!
The GREATEST! It starts with the answering of the phone. It truly means the world to us to hear the concern for our pet in our conversation. They worked us in and from the time we arrived until we walked out the staff from front to back was OUTSTANDING!
Dr. Baron you ROCK!
My dog had been neutered at another vet clinic and then boarded for several days after the neutering. When I picked him up, the incision site was infected. The treatment prescribed by that vet clinic wasn't effective at healing the incision site and some of the stitches failed, so four days later I took him to Dr. Baron at Coastal Plains.
Dr. Baron prescribed a stronger antibiotic and a different treatment plan. I took my dog back to Dr. Baron two weeks later and the incision was healed. Thank you Dr. Baron and staff at Coastal Plains!
Most professional clinic I have been to! They laid my baby down in a rest full sleep. She Crossed the Rainbow there. I will beverage hear her bark again to say she is hungry or time for bed again. RIP My sweet title baby!
