Got their number through another water well service that does not work on jet pumps. Chris was great about helping me troubleshoot over the phone. Fixed the problem myself with his help. When upgrading is needed I will be using them.

Russell was great at giving us over-the-phone troubleshooting and advice! We also bought some parts from him. We were able to get our old well going without it costing a fortune! Highly recommend Coastal Water Well and will use them again when needed.

Post has been edited: You’re right, I should not have taken my water well problems and frustration out on the company that I chose for service a few months after installation. I am sorry and submit this edited post.

I should have researched and asked more questions beforehand. Take into consideration: ‘distance’ from their facilities to your site; hours of operation, because if you have an emergency, (8-5) won’t respond; and finally you can’t judge customer service until you have to deal with them but tell tell signs are pre-education on water wells and the functioning processes for first-timers like myself; and service call fees and missed phone calls or lack of return calls.

I am not about sabotaging any business. Suggestion to Coastal, hire a front office team if you can’t handle the office work.

Awesome service came and completed the job in timely manner. They were very knowledgeable and professional. Would highly recommend them.
