Cobble Hill Apartments, Fort Worth TX

Do not move here! Save yourself the stress. Management is terrible, maintenance is terrible. I had a leaky toilet when I first moved in and the maintenance man used my tools that were in my apartment without my permission. There were mice in my apartment the second day due to the cabinet missing part of the floor board. These apartments make section 8 housing look nice.

I know there has been concern about the previous reviews but I just wanted to say that my experience has been great. The staff is genuine and personable. They take calls at any time and always follow up with any issue you bring to their attention. I know they have had to deal with some issues over time but I’ve seen a huge difference in how things are handled. I appreciate Lori’s help with everything she’s done for me and the fact that she communicates the steps taken to make it happen.

Only good things about this place is that they’re cheap and Bree is nice. The roach reviews are true, both the office and pest control only put band aids on the problem to make them go away for a couple weeks. The hot water situation is ridiculous, have to wait 10 minutes for hot water water during peek hours. AC can’t keep up with the heat. Some cars got broken into a couple weeks ago

I was told if I was out by a certain time I would get my eviction canceled. Have documents and pictures will be getting a lawyer Lori hild. Lori is unprofessional and forged fake documents to have me pay 1500$ more then usual when I have all the proof and will see you soon. Lori lied and ruined my life and now nobody is safe.

My Fiancé and I were in a rush looking for our next home as we moved here from out of town, Lori and Nicole were a great help to us! They made sure our needs were met and made this an easy transition for us!

Cobble Hill staff has been very professional and considerate in helping me find a new place to call home. I appreciate how they go above and beyond for their residents! Not many like them in these times!

Management team is the best I've dealt with they are very concerned about their tenants and their needs.

I just moved in and Lori and Nicole are awesome, they made my move so much easier than I’ve had in the past!

Lori & Nicole were so sweet and great with answering all of our questions before moving in! Their model of the apartments is so cute and gives a great idea of the apartments before we moved in.
