Very nice store if im correct it is the oldest department store in texas that is still open for buisness. Super nice people working there. A little pricey but everything they carry is A 1 Quality.

A man named Branch assisted me and my 91 year old mom in trying on shoes. He was polite, kind, and very helpful. More stores need great employees like him. Nice selection of clothing and shoes for both men and women. Nice giftware too. Thank you, Branch, for top notch customer service.

A young man name Branch waited on me. My father is 90 and has a hard time getting around. Branch came to the truck, measured his foot. Came back and put his shoes on him. I’ll never come back in here. I was stared down and watched like I was going to steal something. I guess just because I have a stroller, I look like a thief. I’ve never been treated like that in any store before! I swear I was being followed around the store while just trying to look. I did not feel welcomed here at all and won’t be back to shop. Maybe try to make your customers feel more welcomed instead of like we are inconveniencing you by browsing the inventory.

I bought a pair of work boots $139. I had them about a month and one of the top eyelets pulled out. They said they were only guaranteed if I hadn’t worn them and if I still had the box. They would not even give me the company number to call. They said I could look it up on the internet. Very disappointed in the service after the sale. Will not buy another pair of work boots here.

Got some boots for work and some other stuff at the clothing section. Nice little store. Friendly and helpful staff

Can not say enough great things, the two gentlemen at the store received me, took care of me better than a customer, I was treated like their favorite cousin. If you need work boots, this is the place to go to ensure you get the right boot for you!

Very helpful. Sized and scanned my husband's feet and got him all set up with new work boots and insoles.

Overbearing staff member totally ignored why I took family member there to get sized & purchase what came there for. Associate corrected, left alone, waited on other customers, & never gave a foot sizing. Basically over opinionated to the point it was exhausting.so we left. Still never sized. When I called back and spoke with the lady that sold me to drive 18 miles- she basically let me know that she really wasn't qualified to foot fit after working there 8 months. I guess no matter where you go in central TX - if you arnt a family member or friend you are nobody & you can leave. & waste your time & $.

Equipped with personal sole sizer, very Professional, Knowledgeable service, Family owned since ever since. Lots of history items, like going to a museum. The shoe stock is Amazing and they are very accommodating when we needed to change the shoe as long as it wasn't worn.

Never will shop there. Over priced, snobby service. Long live the statue of our past veterans that these owners want gone. They went political, not me.
