Had the most amazing experience today here while shopping for my first good quality wig. I am male at birth, but the Wig Whisperer created such a welcoming environment that I felt comfortable coming here for my first time out en femme. I came away almost in tears with the most beautiful wig and experience I could ask for. She helped me make my decision but was not pushy at all and gave me the freedom to explore my style (and thank you for the wig care tips!). Thank you so much!

Amazing little spot! The customer service was amazing. I was going between a couple of wigs and the sales person was so thoughtful and patient. I had a great time and would come back in a minute. The wigs are well priced too!

* Empowerment of customers to learn more about wigs, make-up, styling. They teach you how to put on wigs and can give lots of tips of what to look for
*Wig parties. Seriously, this is a great experience and I am so glad that I organized one with some female friends. We got wigs, make-up, a lovely environment to hang out in, and great spots for posing for pics with a ring light and backdrop.
* A giving spirit. Coco Coquette offers monthly tutorials on make-up for trans folx and I have witnessed kind moments where the staff have helped someone with hair loss due to illness find a wig and leave grinning ear to ear.

Awful customer service. We were told multiple times the wig party was $65 a person. We finally get our invoice and suddenly the price almost doubled! I understand maybe increasing slightly but it was a huge increase! We were told that last minute they decided to increase the price after they had already told us the price the day before. We had already collected all the money from the girls and everyone in our group made sure they were free. Super disappointing and just no communication. It almost seemed like they increased the price because they just didn't want out business. Very unprofessional

So cute. We picked up a couple of wigs and I walked away with an unexpected pair of miu miu shoes!

Allyson and staff are simply amazing, talented, very customer service oriented. This was my second time for a makeover/instruction and it was another excellent experience! If after looking over their website you find they have something to offer you (even better, go in person), do yourself a favor, run, don't walk. A very accommodating, supportive environment staffed by true professionals highly committed to their customers.

I went in looking for some hard to find items for my Halloween costume, and I left with lots of style and joy inspiration. What a perfectly adorable little shop.

You can also get pasties, lashes, and stage quality makeup, in addition to quality artisanal costume jewelry and headpieces. They have a well curated selection of vintage clothing, as well. Most importantly, their staff is wonderfully knowledgeable, and friendly. They do a fabulous job of making me feel at home at Coco Coquette and that's why I keep going back!
