10/10 highly recommend! Vivian did an amazing pedicure and Tammy slayed my nails! I love them! I used to come here all the time and will definitely be coming back again consistently! This salon is honestly the best!

This was $55 and took almost two hours. Uneven nails. They are bumpy. When I asked for French the woman doing my nails acted like I was asking for a unicorn. I should’ve known then….

Wonderful place! Clean, cute decor and a fantastic staff! My brother got a mani and we both got the Coco pedicure. We will definitely be coming back!

I gave it a try twice. The workers including the manager man that answers the phone is rude. They do not care about their customers and they don’t like their craft.they make you feel uncomfortable for asking for what you want… and they do a rushed job. Would NOT recommend!

I hope I can share this with as many people as possible! This place is great! Vinney did an amazing pedicure and Laura created an absolutely amazing set of nails! Ruby had so much patience when she did my daughter's mani/pedi! Amazing and friendly staff! This is our official Nail Salon. Even if I did not live in Allen, we would travel to come here! Also, if you want perfect nails. Get with Peter! Petahhhhh!

If I could give this place no stars I would. Went to get a fill from Luis and when I say rude and no customer service I mean that. It was disgusting. Avoid him

Went here consistently for a while. Never had any problems or complaints. After leaving out the salon I noticed one finger was lighter than the rest. I immediately went back in and was ignored. Not only by the tech who had just serviced me, but also by the lady at the desk. I explained I wanted one nailed touched up and asked if it was a problem. After taking their time acknowledging me the tech told me to sit at her station. Of course, she had an attitude and rushed me out the door. After asking for the technician’s name for the review I was told to just leave the review, no name needed. I hated the inconvenience, but grateful to see their customer service is poor. NAIL BOX and AURA NAILS are also located in Allen with better customer service. If you don’t mind driving to Plano OSCAR NAIL LOUNGE won’t let you down I chose this salon because it is less than a mile away from me.

I had the pleasure of experiencing exceptional nail care from Laura. The atmosphere she creates is not only calming but also highly professional. Laura’s artistic prowess shines through in the amazing designs she crafts. What truly impressed me is the meticulous attention to detail, as my nails have never broken or lifted under her care. Laura takes the time to understand and capture my unique style, ensuring that every visit is not just a nail appointment but an expression of my vibe. I highly recommend her for a consistently outstanding and personalized nail care.

No - just NO. Avoid this place like the plague! Went in for a pedi/mani and asked twice if it could be done at the same time as I was in a time crunch. Manager ignored it. Mani tech almost begins to work on my nails so I asked again, pulling my hands away before she could start. That’s when manager snips “no can’t do pedicure at same time! ”. They were starting the service knowing it wasn’t what I wanted. I’m sure they assumed they’d have me trapped if they began to file. I grabbed my purse so fast and walked out, then went right to Angel Nail Bar where I received awesome service, courtesy, and respect. You won’t find that here.

Lewis does an amazing job! Absolutely loved my nails. It’s hard to find someone to do a French that doesn’t look so. 2000s but he did a beautiful modern French and even created my own nude base shade for my skin tone! Only losing a star because I did have an appointment and still waited nearly an hour. Will be back nonetheless!

I would give it less than one start if i could! The worst nail experience and custumer service ever! That it left me shocked and speachless! It was my first time going to the salon since it near my house …. I came in, it wasn’t busy afternoon. Nobody greeted me, I was standing until I asked a man sitting on a chair…. He was just pointed to other man without asking anything! He yelled across the room covered by loud th sound “What do you want? ” I was placed in the care of a man who didn’t bother to present himself and just asked me to sit downbeat without offerings me a drink or water or even talk to me…I asked can I change the color, and he said you will be charged 10$ more. I realized they were talking about me and laughing together while I was looking at the colors…While doing my hands he was very rough, and was talking and singing with himself with music that was played…then I realized he was recording without even telling me or even asking me about playing the music …
He proceeded with his sloppy job. I really wasn’t comfortable… I asked him “You don’t clean around my nails, and he said you didn’t asked. He did not touch my cuticles or do any kind of manicure with this which I would have paid for….
I was shocked, I have never had this experience before…At this point, I thought it was a joke!
He said you can wash your hand, I looked at my nails and it was horrible! My cutixlea wasn’t cut, my nails looked bloated and uneven. The nails polish didn’t go to all the way to the nail bed. However this was my FiRST and last time going there! It’s totally unacceptable, unprofessional behavior… The Louis and the manager are very rude and rough dealing with customers.

I just saw Peter and his work is PERFECTION! I’ve been in Dallas for two years and I finally found a place that cares about their work. Very happy and I will be back <3

I made an appointment prior to coming in and had to leave after waiting an hour past my appointment time. I understand being short staffed, but don’t allow people to make appointments if you know you’re not gonna have anyone available.
