Affordable, friendly down right good people. My dad kept his RV here for years and never had any issues. I believe this is a family owned and operated business so good people to support v. Putting money into a huge corporate business.

Store RV for 5 years. Only problems is the entrance to the covered storage has a hill that needs to be regraded. Every rain it washes out and have bent the generator exhaust pipe.

Cold springs is surrounded by fields so no surprise there are bugs but I just moved out and spent half my time moving items and the other half cleaning off 'bug matter' from my stuff. Up to six months should be a problem, I was there over 4 years I have yet to find a cleaning agent that can completely clean my stuff. Plastic bins worked well, cardboard boxes farely well but plastic wrap wasn't enough.

Fantastic customer service. Clean units, 24 hrs access. Appreciate the free lock with rental. Highly recommend you give them a call if you need storage.

If you have to rent storage this is the place. Very personable owners and solid rental spaces. The only reason they don't get 5 stars is because they have done away with their dumpster service, although I do understand the reasoning as people were abusing it, both tenants and people who were not customers. Check them out when you need extra space.

Top notch facility. Great customer service and our belongings were safe. They made rental very easy. I would highly recommend this storage facility to everyone!
