Cold Stone Creamery reviews
11They service was great but I can't give it a full 5 stars because of the flies. Yes, I said FLIES. There was so many and it was not cool. However the ladies were very good about not letting them near our order.
I did not get the two employees that helped us. I have too say they were awesome. They both manage to work and help a lot of people at the same time. The young man was super patient with my youngest son. He wanted his birthday with a strawberry shake and he said it looked so pretty he didn't want to drink it The young lady helped me with on what she thought of the coffee lovers choices that she manage to mix them both. She was right way better with Carmel then peanut butter.
This Cold Stone should be called “Cold Stone Express”. The ice cream flavors are limited and there is nowhere to sit and eat it. I was traveling through on a motorcycle. Unlike others, I cannot simply sit in my car to eat it. So I sat outside on the sidewalk. Customer service was good. They warned me that one ice cream was fresh and a little soft. They were very professional. If there had been a place to sit, I’d have given it 5 stars.
I was forced to pay extra for the clerks mistake. I said on 3 occasions I wanted a CONE and she insisted on giving me a bowl and then forced us to take it and charged us double for a cone. Then she made a point to ask for my Id to match to the name on the card stating it was their policy. That would be all fine and dandy except they didn’t ask the person in front nor the 2 behind me for their Id even though they also paid with their debit card. The only difference between me and them was that I am a black woman so you do the math. $16 wasted because it was disgusting anyway. I’ll stick to the one on N Zaragoza
Ice Cream Lovers! This is the spot. Cold Stone never gets old and always has a large variety of options and flavors.
This location has been open for a long time in the east side. Ive been loyal to this one for a while although is inside a gas station. Highly recommended!
I swear I love this place for me to go out of my way to get ice cream is crazy but I do it cause its just so good! Plenty of great flavors and waffle cones.
Love the ice cream, one of my favorites. I would just add some sitting or benches to sit and enjoy the ice cream without having to go to the car.
I always love cold stone but the fact that it's in a gas station makes me give it 3 stars. If your putting gas and decide you want cold stone, I guess it works out.
Love going to this Ice cream shop yes it is a little pricey but great quality. It is located inside the gas station store a bit out of the ordinary but two birds one stone. Always go for the chocolate devotion chocolate ice cream fudge brownies choco chips chocolate paradise. You can get it in 3 sizes like it (small), love it (medium) and gotta have it (large). You can get it either in the cup or on a waffle cup which are either plain or chocolate dipped with nuts or sprinkles. Highly recommend.
I love this place. Employees are always friendly and the ice cream is always cold and delicious.
