Cold Stone Creamery reviews
11Shout out to Bella, not just a Cold Stone employee, but an ice cream artiste…. I walked in three minutes before closing time to be greeted with a still highly motivated “hey, welcome” and proceeded to order multiple items, all turned out amazing and then, as I was paying, this employee took the most immense care to make sure that my food was properly packaged before I was on my way. Shout out to Bella and Cold Stone!
I had a ice cream cake ordered for my birthday and it was the ugliest cake.ever. It looked like a 3yr old wrote “happy birthday” on it. Should’ve gone to Baskin Robbins
Super clean place. Very friendly staff. The employee named Bella was awesome. She was patient and focused especially with our big family. Delicious ice cream thank you!
I love this location! Everyone is super nice! Excellent customer service, and to top it off the ice cream is just to die for! I used to go to this location every single day I am not joking! I just get a bit nervous on going back now to that same location because I used to work there
Groupon instructions indicate to print or use app upon arrival. Employees rejected the printed Groupon that I mailed to my family as a surprise. My family still bought ice cream because they were already there, rendering my Groupon purchase useless.
At least fix the verbiage on the Groupon advertisement. Normally, I don’t care about these things, but my family has gone through a lot recently and the whole intent of this gift was to cheer them up. Rejecting a perfectly good groupon because it was printed (as you instruct customers to do on the website) is petty.
I called Coldstone, in disbelief, and Juan was condescending and unhelpful. My family are regulars at your coldstone and all this was petty. We won’t be back.
Some will say “it’s just ice cream”. No, it’s not. If it’s just ice cream I can go to the grocery store and buy a carton of ice cream for the price of a “like it” size. You pay a premium expecting a premium product and maybe the ice cream itself is premium but when you have a lazy employee handing you melted ice cream, it’s no longer worth the price paid. I’ve been eating Cold Stone for years and last night was the last time (at least at any El Paso location that is). This location needs to train its employees, specifically the male employees. Maybe it’s covid and they’re hard up but first lesson, speak LOUDLY AND CLEARLY. The short guy was barely audible and I was unable to understand what he was asking me. Second lesson, chop the mix-ins before mixing into the ice cream. Customers shouldn’t have to bite fruit into small pieces because a lazy worker didn’t cut up the fruit. Lastly do not stop in the middle of mixing, allowing customer‘a ice cream to melt, in order to help a to go order All because you’re unable to speak loudly and tell a customer “I’ll Be Right With You”. The to go order is in a freezer where it could wait a couple minutes yet you allowed my ice cream to melt. I should have walked out at that point and he knew he was wrong. His surprised when I left a tip said it all. The tip was for the two female employees I saw doing a good job and not him. The time I visited before a tall male employee with glasses was rude and had a lazy attitude. The short guy I will assume hasn’t been trained or was trained by the tall glasses guy. He wasn’t rude but he was incompetent. Anyway, I’ve been to many Cold Stones In numerous cities over the last 15 years and have always had an excellent experience but not this one. One would have to assume the owners at this location do not care to provide the service customers are paying for.
I love Coldstone, i could get one every day but i would gain too many pounds. Lol So, I keep it down to about 2 times a month. Maybe three to be honest!
Walked up to the door, employee quickly locked the door and turned off the open sign in front of me. 4 employees then went on to cleaning, guess the official close time is 8: 45 PM and not 9: 00 PM on Monday. Just wanted to get ice cream after dinner before going to the field for a month, oh well thanks anyway Cold Stone.
Jesus the “shift leader” was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE. After my friend paid for our ice cream he looked at the receipt and said sarcastically said “thank you for the tip mam”. Once we were done eating our ice cream my friend had asked for his name he laughed at our face and pointed at his name tag. Cold stone may want to rethink about who they make “shift leaders” if they want people to come back. If your visiting this location and Jesus helps you out be sure to tip him. Or else, he’ll sarcastically thank you for not tipping him.
Everything was good The westside doesn't take the VIP Card. The eastside on Zaragoza does take VIP Card. 10 percent off.
First time getting to try the cold stone ice cream. Remember the old radio commercials where the guy says, “welcome to wooden board creamery, where we mix our ice cream on an old wooden board? ” Well this place uses a cold stone to mix the ice cream. It looked like a slab of marble. Like a marble slab. Hmm. I wonder which came first. Well I can tell you, these guys know what’s up when it comes to making ice cream mixed with stuff. I had the German chocolate kake. That’s how they spell it so that’s how I spell it. Ka-que? And yes it was really good.
