Cold Stone Creamery, Cypress TX

Came Saturday Oct 24th, at 7: 30pm and it was closed. No sign or anything on the door. Very disappointing.

RUDE THEY’RE CLOSED
Came here for the first time and I see that many other people have that same problem that the store wasn’t even open! I’ve waited here for 15 minutes and watched not 1 not 3 but 5, yes FIVE DIFFERENT PEOPLE WITH FAMILIES COME BY TRY OPENING THE DOOR AND DEFEATEDLY WALKED BACK INTO THEIR VEHICLES. This establishment is a joke, go endorse marble slab creamery their competitor just next door instead.

They post a sign to be open 12-9. But, they are NEVER open on time. There teen employees are rude. Customer service stinks.

A very good ice cream store. A nice set of menu items along with fully customisable offerings.

Exactly as expected and very hard to beat.

Originally me and the family went to the competition across the street but while we were there waiting in line and the clientele starting packing in the place got grossed out and looked up other ice cream places and Cold stone was practically across the street. Thank God we came here this place was cleaner, the employees were friendlier, more out going and to be honest they seemed happier. We're never going to the other ice cream place again. Cold Stone only for us.

Horrible Customer Service. Server had very dismissive flat, rude disposition. This was my second time visiting this place and both experiences were very unpleasant.

Closed at 8: 20 even though sign says 9pm. Marble Slab was great for the 7 of us and well as the 4 others that were turned away. It’s just across the street. Go there instead.

I was calling the shop and asking them about if they still had the tangy orange ice cream they immediately hang up on me horrible costumer service

It 133pm and they are not opened.very disappointed. 3 days ago they were open at 12pm but not now.smh they ARE NEVER OPEN AT THE TIMES LISTED

The service was amazing and the ice cream too. The reason why the pricing is so high is mainly because of the quality of the toppings and ice cream.will always be better than marble slab.

Best icecream ever, that's why I drive almost 30 minutes for it! Wish there was one in Katy so I could have it more often.

Their 1st and 2nd try at this cake. They think this is worth $43? ! This is just sad. My wife could have done this. Don't recommend getting a cake done here. Going Marble Slab.just sad.

I got my lady a nice cake for our three month anniversary and she is literally in love with it (and me hahaha). Thanks cold stone!

Place is great for ice cream! I will agree though price is a little much for getting a bowl of ice cream, but it is good

My family likes this store, but it's a bit hidden and we've been here twice when it was supposed to be open and it was closed. The people working here seem to be new all the time, when asked about past flavors, they always say they don't know it haven't been there long. The price is high for quality and amount, but you can get addins for free.

New trainee was slowing things down, but the experienced server was friendly and helpful! Crème Brulé is the flavor of the month, and it is delicious! Quite a large and varied selection of ice cream flavors (a few sorbets) and toppings to mix in.

The people that work here are the most unprofessional people ever. The guy told us to wait so he could finish his argument with a co-worker. Then tried to get us involved. Then he pretended to walk out laughing and said just kidding to us. A third worker had to do our order. Multiple times he had attitude and thought it's okay to talk to us in this goofy manner. He should be fired. I will never return.

The workers were so professional and helpful got what I wanted which a two funnel cakes in the oven right away whenever I asked for I will be coming back again

Cold Stone never disappoints. They always get my order right and the flavors are great, perfect ice cream consistency. This place has a high turnover rate so I won't judge harshly on customer service. When I went the girl that served me was nice and greeted me when I came in. An older Hispanic looking woman who crept out from the back was less than enthusatic about having to ring my order up. What a Debbie downer.

Very limited selection on ice creams and the hot stone options kind of suck. Quiet place, staff are ok. If you order something that requires preparation then youre going to get served last despite your position in line.
