Cold Stone Creamery, Sherman TX

If you are dairy sensitive or follow a plant based diet this location DOES NOT make the silk almondmilk shake how they are supposed to. I was informed they use whole milk for everything even though the website advertises that the silk shake is 100% plant based. They said they don't even have almond milk.

Ice cream was runny and soft as it wasn't left on the freezer part where they mix everything. Cone was at least 2 days old. Employee didn't care when I told her the ice cream was runny.

I just ordered cold stone online and on the website it states due to Covid you could call into the store and have your products brought out so when I did a smart mouth worker who answered the phone told me that the store doesn’t do curbside if the store does not do curbside then the website shouldn’t state that it does when I went into the store to get more ice cream every young person at the counter was extremely rude. If this is how cold stone creamery in Sherman Texas operates I’ll be taking my business elsewhere and also inform everyone that I know not to come to this location customer service is key and the service that these employees provide is horrible if I could give zero stars I would.

Roaches running around and left immediately. Kids run this place and don’t care about the upkeep of it. This was my first and last visit

Sent my son to Sherman from Denison to cold stone. He got there at 6pm and they told him they were closed so I came there and the lady said “ we are closed until 7pm” I asked why and she replied “ because we have to thaw out the ice cream. Makes no sense to me. Ruined the evening for everyone

Dont think I've even been to cold stone before. First time was yesterday with my husband. We picked from their signature creations. I chose the Oreo overload which is sweet cream ice cream, double the oreo cookie, chocolate chips and fudge in a waffle cone. My husbands choice was cheesecake fantasy which is cheesecake ice cream, gram cracker, pie crust, blue berry and strawberry in a waffle cone. Both flavors were so good. Definitely didnt disappoint!

Manager in charge was very condescending & lacked customer service skills.
She (manager) took my order all the while holding a conversation with the other employees. She also belittled me for not knowing the exact name for the combination of the ice cream I was ordering.

Lastly, when she was done making my order she held it in the air, making me walk to her like I wasn’t the paying customer.

I felt super uncomfortable.

I visited this location for the second time hoping the manager wouldn’t be on duty but unfortunately she was.
While she took our order she was on her headset having a full on conversation with someone on the phone.

I highly suggest the health department get involved as well as the admin check their workers. Walked in and the lady was rude. She obviously didn't want to be there, wasn't helpful, and there is no way that tiny cup was $7. The ice cream was visibly melting (I thought maybe it was something to do with making it easier for them to serve) until my daughter took a bite and almost threw up. I won't be returning.

Ice Cream is very good! However it is very pricey. But what’s even worse is we when we visited in a slow weekday afternoon, restrooms were dirty, no paper towels, no napkins were out and the employees were just sitting around. My recommendation is get the ice cream to go, if you’re pocket book can handle $10 a person for the smallest ice cream cone.

Generally, the product is good. However, it would be nice if insulated containers could be used on delivery order so that the ice cream does not arrive melted, even on a 5 minute drive time.

Customer service was not good, the lady working had an attitude/uptight. I did not tip her because she could have been more friendly.

Love it! Cotton candy flavor with choco chip, roasted almonds and hot fudge. Flavor is just right.

Ice cream is good but the women took my order while she was on the phone and got the signature recipe completely wrong. Only two of the items were actually included in the cup she gave me. If i’m going to pay $8 for ice cream please get it right.

Came in with my wife to get ice cream in the evening, there were 2 ladies in there and they were very rude. They were making snickering comments to each other right in front of us the whole time. We almost decided to just leave but we were craving ice cream so bad. Safe to say we will never be going back here again. Sad because we have always loved cold stone ice cream.

Neither employee working washed their hands, one was wearing gloves but did not change them between making food and cashing someone out. The other woman working did not wear any gloves at all or wash her hands even after handling cash.
