If you don't like this place your not normal! Me as a picky eater has fall in love with so many flavors the employees are also so friendly!

Amazing place. Accidentally placed an order for the wrong cake type through Uber eats and i called them and they were kind enough to update my order.

Nice place! The ice cream was really good, and the family and I really enjoyed eating their ice cream. I had 'Sweet Cream', I highly recommend!

This was the first time my husband and I went to a Cold Stone Creamery and we were not disappointed at all! Their selection of different flavors is impressive! And the cakes were so pretty!
I was surprised at how quick the service was! We walked in and ordered and not even 5min later we were holding 2 LG milkshakes. My husband got a vanilla milkshake and I got a cotton candy milkshake. Both were really really good! Some milkshakes are a little too sweet in my opinion and too thick but not these! We were able to drink them immediately & they weren't too melty, just pure perfection! The store looked great inside! The tables and chairs were clean and no trash on the floor or anything. The bathroom was clean too and it also smelled good! Well the whole place smelled amazing actually! We can't wait to go back! Definitely recommend trying this place if you haven't already, it's very worth it!

Literally mortified. I ordered two birthday cake remixes to be delivered to the house. Upon eating the ice cream and taking a bite I cracked my tooth and was MORTIFIED to find a staple in my ice cream. I couldn't remove it for a while. I let it go. A few moments later my husband pulls out a staple from his ice cream. Picture attached of the staples found in the ice cream.

Avoid this spot. That could have killed us.

Without getting into the specifics, I'll say that I had a problem that made me slightly irate. The manager's response was fair. Ultimately, I blame the higher-ups for the problem.

The ice cream is also very high quality.

One day my buddy Sam was having heart attack at Cold Stone (he doesnt do too good with sugar). Fortunately for Sam, Jake Willy, cold stone employee of the month, quickly reacted and did mouth to mouth with my buddy, saving his life. #makewillyemployeeoftheyear

Great customer service, even on a busy night. I had a gift card to use and the employee and manager both worked to make sure it would be used. We will definitely be back!

Awesome! Great seasonal pumpkin ice cream is available. It was tasty with coconut and chocolate chips mixed in! The waffle cone was crispy and crunchy, just the way I like it.

Went with my husband today around 8pm. It was pretty busy because it’s a Saturday night which is expected. The staff was basically all teenagers. I saw a staff member rub his eye with the same gloves he was taking orders with. Not the cleanest or the most sanitary but the ice cream was good…we took a risk.

Love the fact that all the kids love working here. Managers and owner take time to make them feel welcome. Kids are hard working and friendly, one employee, Aman, take the time to recommend flavors to little kids and goes out of his way to help customers!

The writing on the cake was terrible the cake so messy the layer just not as expected very messy.very disappointed of this location even the taste was odd.definitely the employee who made it needs more training

I've always loved cold stone, but this location in specific has become a favorite destination for my ice cream cravings. I love the excellent service as well as the variety of available combinations, and the quality is amazing!
