Cold Stone Creamery, Abilene TX

We live in Baltimore and I wanted to make sure my daughter in law got a cake for her birthday! The manager took care of everything for me and even delivered the cake himself. AMAZING SERVICE

Went a busy Sunday evening and they had all hands on deck and made orders quickly and correctly. Manager was even working the floor. Great job!

I went to Cold Stone Creamery and the ice cream was really good, no doubt about it. But, I did have a few issues with my experience. The staff were friendly, but it took a bit longer than I expected for them to take my order and serve me. The prices were a bit higher than what I was expecting and I would have liked more topping options. Also, the place was a bit crowded and noisy. Overall, the ice cream was delicious but the service, prices and atmosphere could have been better.

I’m a fan of Cold Stones, but this location was not anything like one I had been to before. There was an overwhelming bad air freshener smell. Thought I’d go ahead and order since my family wanted some. They didn’t even mix any of our orders on the cold stone. They just scooped the ice cream and put a whole Oreo and butterfinger on top of my daughters and put a small scoop of fruit on mine & my wife’s. And of course, the cones & candy had the nasty taste of the air freshener.

Took my daughter for the first time and the manager (owner?) there made her feel very special. They were attentive to my family and took care of us quickly and made sure the first time there was memorable in the best way. Thank you for a great experience!

I was helped by a boy names Rich Simmons and he was the sweetest most polite young man. We got stuck with the image part for my cake and he was just so calm and professional!

Every location I have visited in the past has been consistent and good, but not this location. Too expensive to not get a full cup of ice cream. Was really unimpressed, probably won't go back.

Delicious sweet treats and fast service. We had three different people jump in to fulfill our order. They also put a good amount of the 'extras' into the ice cream. The staff were pleasant and helpful.

Ice cream was disgusting. I could have bought a tub of ice cream of mint chocolate chip ice cream way cheaper than what I paid for one serving here and it didn't even taste like mint. The chocolate ice cream was disgusting as well could have went to the store and bought a tub of ice cream and would have been way better. This place is not worth your money.

My first time here, didn't even, know about it. Excellent ice cream. It's 104 here and was really nice to have something cold.

I mean the thing that bothered me a bit was that no one and I mean not a single person was wearing any gloves and I’m not sure if the oldest guy there was the manager but yea he didn’t either and the guy in the back making the waffle cones and bowls as well. Now I’m not sure if y’all care about that but I do and I didn’t notice it til after I paid so I just walked out and ended up throwing it away not looking for refund just that didn’t sit well with me and there was a long line behind me as well

Went there on a Saturday afternoon and the friendly cheerleader crowd was working the counter. This is the 2nd time I've been here, the first time a kid left out one of the ingredients and then argued with me about what it was supposed to have in it instead of fixing it. Today they handed me a Gotta Have It size and it wasn't even up to the brim of the cup. So for nearly 7 bucks, I got scammed. If you've ever been to a Cold Stone outside of Abilene you know that they pile it high for the money you are paying. The Abilene location needs to step it up.

Very good ice cream. Its very delish. Prices are based on the size of cup you choose or if you choose a waffle cone.

I had an incident with Door Dash with my order arriving with the shell broken and shakes being taken, and ice cream arriving melted, I called Cold Stone Creamery and let them know of the situation and the wonderful person I spoke to called her supervisor and he called me back and was very upset to hear that I had an incident like that, he instantly made it right and replaced my entire order for free, I thank the store associates and the manager for going out of their way to fix a mistake that was made by a delivery company.

Outstanding customer service. My order was made incorrectly after I placed an order online. The employees and Manager we amazing with getting my order corrected. The quality of ice cream is always amazing.

The store is very clean and the ice cream is excellent. I forgot to get the name of the young lady who works at the counter, but she is very friendly and helpful. I look forward to visiting again.
