Coldwater Luxury Apartments, Austin TX

Someone robbed my car in the parking garage. No cameras in the garage and management doesn't share the urgency or seems to care. Will keep this post until management does something about it, like installing cameras the least.

I was so excited to tour this place from the positive reviews. I was so let down by our tour with Jennifer. From the moment we walked in she acted like she would rather be doing anything BUT giving us a tour. We felt like we were inconveniencing her just by being there. She even asked us if we were sure we wanted to see all of the amenities… why else would we want a tour? Very unwelcoming (especially for a tour!). Due to the tour we are taking this complex off our list.

This place is built unlike most apartments around here.
The units are spacious and finished off with higher end fixtures, etc.

Tall ceilings really add a nice touch.

Staff is always available and friendly.

I’ve lived in Coldwater for about a month now and I’m so glad I chose to live here! After reading reviews of the packages being stolen I was wary about safety, however I’ve haven’t had a problem at all & have felt incredibly safe in the building. The unit itself is beautiful, modern, well maintained & soundproof.

The entire management team - Imani, Rosie, & Jennifer - is incredibly helpful, kind & welcoming! Im so grateful to have found this community to live in. I hope this review can help others deciding where to live in Austin, I highly recommend

The first second I stepped into Coldwater to inquire about their apts I was received with smiles and just overall positive energy. Imani is the definition of a professional, genuine good person. She helped me not only see all of the apts available, but every time I had a question she would go above and beyond to answer it. It took me about 2 weeks to set on an unite, and she worked with me to make sure I was happy with my decision. She even showed me the same apt twice, again with all smiles! I would NOT want to live anywhere else. I felt welcome, I felt like I was already at home. You don't get that feeling often.

The apts and the complex are top notch, it's definitely the best around this area, and the price is still pretty good for what you are getting. I'm in my mid 30's and when I walked down hallways and into my new place, I felt like an adult LOL.

I went to see about 5 complexes from South Lamar to downtown and NOTHING compares to Coldwater.
Great location, great quality, great people. You can't beat that.

If you are reading this review just come see Coldwater for yourself, AND ASK FOR IMANI, you will not be disappointed.

PS: I will do another review once I experience these claims on packages being stolen. But, that didn't stop me from wanting to move in to Coldwater, just saying.
