Coldwell Banker Realty - South Austin reviews
4I’m working with Ashley Bonilla She is incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and just a pleasure to work with! She always jumped to the chance to show me any house or houses I wanted to see no matter the schedule. I love how committed she is to helping me, in every aspect of home buying. She gave me some great tips when buying and looking at houses and made sure I were aware of anything that may be a problem. I cannot say enough good about her! 100% recommend her to anyone. I definitely plan on using her in the future.
Ashley Bonilla was very knowledgeable, and professional, she went above and beyond!
shess awesome! Definately recommend her!
NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE. We worked with Diana Galvin and while it started off wonderfully as she positioned herself as a local and a mom (i.e. Trustworthy) it did turn sour at quite an important time. She ill-advised me to put a home under contract sight-unseen and told me it was move-in ready. It WAS in a great neighborhood but had known structural issues, roofing issues, electrical issues, systems issues, water damage, mold, etc. None of this was ever disclosed. We're talking noticeable roofing damage, rust, lights not turning anything on, toilets leaking, water damage, subfloor damage, etc. Diana then told us a warranty would replace everything, including the roof and HVAC for $75. When she was pressed about not disclosing anything she saw prior to paperwork, she said "ok no worries" and then turned into the real estate agent from hell. She wanted me to fly during the COVID pandemic, cost me $1000+, and when it was clear she not was getting a commission, she was vile and even tried to cost me my earnest money. When I brought the issues to the general manager, he defended her lack of ethics/disclosure and again highlighted the location. This experience was a nightmare and almost cost me everything I've worked for - so someone could earn a commission. SHAMEFUL.
I worked with Kapila and at first was okayish at best. Then it was weird. Then it was a nightmare! So many typos and mess ups that it went from something that should have been quick and easy to fixing problem after problem after problem. Just to find out I was being lied too! And if you do decide to use this company don’t not use any of the title companies they work with! You will get better service and prices elsewhere.
