Cole Manor Motel, Dallas TX

I drive by this place daily on the way to work and almost every day there's an ambulance coming or going from there.

These rooms couldn't be more bare I mean in a pinch it's better than being outside but the rooms themselves are very minimal I mean VERY minimal in every - definitely nothing extra or excessive. Nothing to write home about. But it does serve it's purpose.

67.00 a night to live in a ghetto hotel no mircowace or refrigerator somebody tried to break in my room.crackheads walking beating on my door.rooms nasty.this place needs to be shut down

Lots of drugs and the rooms are very dirty and smelly Lots of people have died there it is very depressing and ugly.

After reading the reviews I called to see how much they had the audacity to charge nightly. $60 plus tax with staph infections and bedbugs as an added bonus! I could get that for free without having to drive two hours

It's a Cheap Place but I got Staff infections there.they don't clean rooms, Sheets, or Pillows. I Had to go to the Hospital for Skin Infections.that Place Has Diseases. It Should be Condemned and Shut Down.

This place don’t even answer the phone when you try to call. Very horrible customer service

These people do not answer the phone. 2 weeks straight, every flipping day. They don't really need to add to the bad rep they have. Answer the phone!

Easy place to have a great time while waiting for your family to br released from the hospital.

I have been at Cole manor forever and after the pandemic and this snow storm everything has been going wrong. We need hot water and I wish there were some way the hot water heater could would work right. Sometimes it works and sometimes it don't. The blackout did us injustice and the pandemic has people with so much fear you cant find anyone to help anymore. I appreciate the owner and managers cause they do what they can to meet the needs of the people. The only complaint I have is i don't like to take cold baths. Please give us hot water.

If you've never been here, do not go here. Nothing but illegal activity in all forms. Stayed here once when I was homeless and tried to order pizza, was told that no one would even deliver food there and hung up on. Would give negative stars if I could.

The owner or manager definitely takes care of his tenants. If you have a problem just talk to him about it. A good inexpensive place to stay. The air conditioning works the plumbing works it's all good)

Very nice people but they don't take any pets and that's a major hassel along with they charge for service dogs and that's against the Law

Gave someone a ride and dropped them off. Place is nasty looking but I've never been inside one.never will I hope

Unprofessional management, and frequent appliance breakdowns. On the plus side their rooms are cheap. I only visited to see a friend for one night. I told her that I would rescue her from this dungeon. I dislike leaving 1 star reviews. Please do better for your residents.
