Cole Pediatric Therapy, Humble TX

I hate that I have to come on here and write this review, but I would like parents to be aware of the kind of service this place provides. To begin, my 4 year old son was evaluated April 2021 for speech and in May 2021 for occupational. My son is autistic and I was looking forward to keeping busy with his therapies during the summer. Well it was the complete opposite. Since his initial evaluations he has only gone to 1 actual therapy for both speech and occupational, and let me add that I had to call and call time after time to get this appointment. I don't know who is to blame, the receptionists, the staff, or the managers who are not doing their job. Forget about getting a return call from this place. I have called and left numerous messages for the coordinator, for anyone who could help me with my situation and I have yet to hear back from anyone. Be prepared to get the run around for any issue or question you have.

Love love Cole Pediatric Therapy! I was anxious about how my son would do, but after a few sessions with Ms. Shilpa I could see his speech improving! My son loved every time he knew he was going to see her! It’s only been two weeks since he graduated and no longer needs therapy but he has asked when we’re going back. Ms. Shilpa is kinda, understanding and patient, just amazing all the way around! We also saw another therapist I believe her name was Lauren, I maybe wrong, but she was just the same! Thank you so much Ms. Shilpa, it was a short while but we won’t ever forget you!

This place is a total and complete joke. We never even had the luxury of seeing a therapist because they could not manage to get my daughter scheduled even though her referral was marked as urgent over two weeks ago. A week ago I called to see what the status was and they told me they had been calling the wrong phone number for me. Which it seems like common sense that you would call her pediatrician for a correct phone number? Especially if the phone seemed disconnected. My daughter has fallen extremely behind because of their lack of competency and I do not recommend anyone to start the process with this provider. I can’t speak for the actual therapist themselves but getting an appointment scheduled is a complete nightmare and these women should not even have jobs at this point.

I wanted to know if there is anyway to change clinic appointments to at home therapy appointments? I feel more comfortable that my daughter is in surrounding she knows

This place is an amazing place. I am very thankful for everything MS. Shilpa has done for my son Josiah Lara so far. When we first came here he didn’t speak any words and it was so hard and frustrating for him to communicate with us. Now he’s a chatter box ️

My daughter has been coming here for over a year and loves it! Ms. Shilpa is amazing! She has helped my daughter so much. All the staff is friendly and helpful would definitely recommend.

Listen I am very particular about my kids period! I was referred by Weekare pediatrics Cole Pediatric Therapy has been awesome. Ms Rachel is beyond great she is very patient with my daughter as its hard to keep a 2 year old focused, but Ms. Rachel never gets impatient and pushes my daughter to try and to remain focused! I wish our sessions were longer as just in this amount of time my daughter has progressed so much. Cole Health keep up the good work

Referral was sent last week and was received per receptionist. I called twice to ask about an appointment. I was told to wait until the Spring office called to talk about referral. Spring office never called. McKay office never called. I will not be doing business with this office. They do not return calls to set up appointments.

I am very grateful for Ms. Morgan and Ms. Michaela. They were very dedicated to my son since the day he started speech therapy! Every therapy session he learned something new and they taught him new ways and methods for him to improve. Words can’t describe how thankful I am for all of their work, time and dedication. I would recommend Cole Pediatric for anyone in need of the services. Thanks again Ms. Morgan and Ms. Michaela, we appreciate you very much!

I can't say enough wonderful things about Cole Pediatric and my son's OT therapist Ms. Amanda. Amanda is a knowledgeable, passionate, dedicated, most professional therapist. She is also funny, caring, and all around beautiful soul. My son has been with her for about a year and he has made amazing strides thanks to Amanda. We are truly beyond blessed to have met her and to have her work with our son. He lights up and is always ready to take her hand and head off to therapy. Ms. Amanda knows her stuff I tell you and has become one of my son's greatest assets and friend. Amanda listens not only to you but has this super shero power to transform into the friend, confident, educator my son needs. Without Ms. Amanda I truly don't believe my son would have progressed the way he has. Cole Pediatric along with Ms. Amanda in OT have been our" bridge over troubled water" we are forever grateful and thankful for all they have done and continue to do for our sweet boy.

Poor customer service and administrative staff. Their systems are outdated, and they do not operate like a doctor's office should. Their billing department is extremely unorganized and unprofessional.

My son loves Miss Lauren (speech therapist) and Miss Tammy (Occupational Therapy.) They have done well with him and are always thorough. The therapists here are prompt and make sure to update you after every session.
The front office staff are very friendly too. We drive an hour one way for these appointments and I will say it's worth it!

Bathroom is always dirty, no soap, no towels. Front desk staff is unorganized. Elevator is constantly broken. Who puts a clinic for kids on the top floor? Never see managers who can answer questions. I feel like they're more interested in money than my son.

Therapists are good and friendly. They need to focus more on starting and ending the session on time.
BATHROOM NEEDS TO BE CLEANED AND KEPT THAT WAY, THE BATHROOM IS REALLY NASTY, ALSO THEY NEED TO PROVIDE SOAP AND PAPER TOWELS.
