Great service friendly staff staff will have you in and out within 15 minutes on an oil change. They do state inspections if you need inspection. Awesome staff with great customer service thumbs up.

Great experience. I’ll def go back here for my future vehicle inspection needs. Location is superb. Even with the ongoing construction happening with the 290 highway, I got in and out in no time.

There was a clearly upset customer in line in front of me. You might call him a male Karen. I call him a child. Not sure what happened but he was yelling and going behind “employees only” areas. He was throwing company property (nearly missing my car) and honestly acting ridiculous for anyone his age.

However, the staff remained completely professional. They were calm cool and collected. My advice, contrary to popular opinion, no the customer is not always right. Mostly yes. Not always.

I used this place more than once, unfortunately. I really wanted to like them because they are nearby and convenient. What happened to deserve a 1-star review:

- The first 2x I showed up to get an inspection the person was not there, despite my effort to call and confirm before arriving.

- A different time, when I was getting an oil change, they told me I had a crack in my windshield. When I checked it, I couldn't see it. The guy assured me it was there and needed to be fixed or would spread. I got worried, had my insurance pay for it, and have been told by other car places since then that they fleeced me. There is no crack.

- 4 months ago, they told me they had changed my air filters. In my most recent oil change at a different place they assured me my air filters were never changed.

In sum, I do not trust these guys. They lied to me twice and charged me for services either not needed or never rendered.

Be careful when using them!

I’ve come here twice to try and get a vehicle inspection done, and both times I’ve been turned away because they were too busy or only had one inspection person to do vehicle inspections. Poor resource planning and not hiring staff is not my problem. Went down the street to another shop and they were able to do the inspection in 15 minutes

Fantastic experience worth every minute of the construction to have these guys help with inspection and car needs. They went out of their way to help me. Can’t speak highly enough about my experience.

Super fast and easy to get our state registration inspection. Was in and out in 30 minutes, no appointment needed.

I just had the oil "changed" here. $127. When I got home, I thought I'd check the oil dipstick. When I pulled the dipstick, the oil definitely was not fresh amber or brown motor oil. The oil was black and not at all brand new oil. Which means either they didn't change the oil, or, they didn't change the oil filter. Or both. Either way, they ripped me off. STAY AWAY.disgraceful.
