Woman at the front desk was super rude and just had bad energy as soon as we walked in. Black chick blonde with a low hair cut. Please put her at the security booth that’s exactly were she belongs.

First time going and it was definitely a great experience. Very clean. The vip room is amazing. Dada was so nice she made us feel welcome

First time visit with my wife and a girl friend. Staff was very helpful in explaining the set up of the club. A super hot hostess named Dallas gave us a full tour of the club and was there to answer a few questions for us. We went on a Wednesday on " newbie night" thus it was not over crowd. Great night to get a feel for the club. The music was good, the peiple were sexy, and we had a blast We are returning on Saturday to see its busy night.

Did registration and waited for a reply for my wife and I, it's been a month or so now and I just remembered I never got a reply. Never got a yes never got a no. Never got anything. That's cool better places to go and have a good time.

Very unprofessional, front desk customer service is terrible, African American girl with no hair needs to be educated and learn how to speak with customers. Attended last Saturday with my girl friend after midnight and unfortunately, we didn't complete our application before hand, which is required by club before arriving.
But her attitude was unnecessary.
Last time I go to this place, extremely unethical.
The owner should really take a good look at his staff, especially for such and upscale club.

Visited this location last night with my wife for the first time. We were impressed! Very friendly and safe environment. Enjoyed every minute at the club. Thank you Colette Dallas!

Very pleasant experience. FYI you have to apply before you go, helps vet people. Friday night they allow single guys so sometimes you get creepers. Sat night is more expensive but the night to go. Great music and a mix of people. You can keep to yourself, observe or talk to people.

Giving 1 star simply based on the front door. I visited this establishment last night. My first impression walking in was less than pleasant. To start the security guard was the rudest I’ve encountered in a while, both ladies were also rude. The establishment did not feel welcoming at all.

My friends and I followed the website instructions and some were still denied entry. Despite receiving a temporary pass for entry. The experience truly horrible.

Overall the club was nice and so were the patrons. However, the check in process put a sour taste in my mouth. Please hire employee who are a little more pleasant, they are bringing down the morale of your business.

We haven't been in about a year. The place was not nearly as crowded as what we have seen in the past. Around midnight we understood why. A less than hospitable demographic began to arrive, and has claimed this club as their own. The environment went from friendly to hostile in minutes. We will not be back.

Have no idea why this place only has 3.7 stars, I feel like it’s because of the single guys that can’t get in went for our first time and everyone was so welcoming. Even lost 2 phones and a wallet, all 3 were turned in! Nothing but good people here and a good time. Will definitely be coming back…. With no ripped jeans this time. Thank you to the general manger for letting it slide and being so nice and welcoming and giving us a tour:)
