Here they don't care about the drivers, they take as long as they want to unload the load, the brokers' schedule is worthless, it's not the first time I've come.it's always the same until they make a demand, they won't stop all the reviews are bad. I've been unloading for two hours and still nothing, I talked to the cargo reception and she didn't care, she just says they're working, as if she really knew what it means to work, that's why this country is Going to hell with the house one more day, …. The owners and CEOs of this store shouldn't even read the reviews, …I'm not coming anymore!

Do not come here. Do not come here. Do not come here. They take atleast 30 mins between each pallet. They slow as hell. You will miss your next load messing with this unorganized place. I mean why does it take so freaking long. What are y'all doing? Just a disgrace. Been here for 1 hr and half they only done did 2 pallets literally.

I had a 7pm appointment to unload. They pulled me right in and gave me a door. I was back on the road at 745. Dont show up to early. 15 min is the earliest that they will allow.

This company does not answer their phones no matter the time of day. Slow loading/unloading. No respect for peoples time. Poor management and so far behind. This place needs major changes implemented.

This place is Horrible and can care less about your time. I been sitting in a doc 7+ hours now on a load that was suppose to be a drop and hook. I will never ever come here again. If your thinking about pulling a load here, do yourself a favor DONT!

I was delayed getting here because of extra work that had to be done on my trailer the last minute. They got me a dock right away but I couldn't get to it for a while because there were 3 trucks blocking it. I sat in the dock for an hour before they turned my red light on, then they put a couple pallets in about 30 minutes later and I'm still waiting in the dock. Over 2 hours now!

I had to wait 5 hours to get unloaded. Lazy clarks in the shipping and lazy workers in the warehouse.

I have been waiting for 5 hours for them to load, they come in every 30 minutes with a pallet. These workers fall asleep at work?

This place is horrible don't ever come here pickup time was 2oclock and I'm still waiting at 7 o'clock Ithis is my second time here and gave them a chance the first time. Never again
