We used CBC for our bathroom remodels at our home. We had a couple quotes from various companies in the area and we are satisfied with the decision to go with CBC. Bryan was always quick to return calls even after we signed our contract. Bryan did a great job helping us come up with designs for the bathrooms. It came out exactly how we wanted it. The bathrooms are a dream and we will work with him in the future for a kitchen remodel.

We recently moved into an older home that had a forty year old pool that was in desperate need of pool removal. Colin Bryan Construction was the company we felt most comfortable with after receiving multiple quotes. They provided the best explanation and were able to start the quickest.

We relocated to a brand-new, modernized home near Dallas, but the pool was antiquated and constructed in the 1980s. It gave our contemporary home an antiquated appearance. The prices for remodeling the pool were all much over $50,000, so we decided against it. The most economical method of getting rid of that awful pool was to remove it. Bryan provided us with a price, and he was able to complete the work for us swiftly. This summer, we'll also be working with him to create an outdoor kitchen for us. We are pleased with the outcome because our contemporary home looks much better without an outdated pool!

Bryan let us know all of our options and also went over financing, warranties, costs and answered every question that we had. Once we agreed he put us on the schedule quickly. Collin Bryan Construction remodeled/updated both my master and the main bathrooms, which were in their original mid-60s construction state. Bryan and his team of tradesmen helped bring my vision to fruition. As with any project, once the walls were opened up, some revisions were required; based upon their expertise and experience, Collin Bryan was able to provide a few suggestions and a few “tweaks” to address these revisions. I couldn’t be happier with the results! Both bathrooms are much more functional and beautiful! Collin Bryan also did some minor improvements in my laundry area – again improving the functionality and looks! Note: Remodeling costs did not cover much of the material costs. I had already selected and/or purchased some of the building materials; I did research and purchase much of the remaining materials (tub, vanities, tiles). Horizon does have its own showroom, and could have provided these at an additional cost. However, because I already had a firm idea as to what I wanted, I handled the ordering of these myself.

We recently just finished a remodel of two bathrooms using Collin Bryan for the project. They were easy to work with and worked hard to accommodate a house with four people working from home. Working with their design team, installers, and trades people, the entire project came together without issue. They even helped us by doing some things out of order to ease the burden of a family of four using just one working bathroom. But the real payoff was in the end product. Bryanand his crew enhanced our backyard into a place that is very comfortable and looks great. The detail in masonry work that surrounds our new barbeque is something I like to point out to guests. We spend so much more time in our back yard than ever before, we sometimes joke that we saved money because we stay home now rather than go to a restaurant.

Our 1980s master bathroom needed drastic overhauling, and Collin Bryan did a fantastic job. No more wallpaper, carpet, or drop-down soffits for us! We now have an absolutely beautiful bathroom with more than one electrical outlet, closet switches beside the closets instead of across the room, and beautiful new counters, cabinets, tile floors, and an incredible shower and tub. We'd heard horror stories from friends about bathroom remodels that took 4-6 months; ours was finished in slightly over 2 weeks!
Everyone involved worked hard to make sure our bathroom was exactly what we wanted, and they were patient when we had trouble choosing. We would definitely choose them again!

Collin Bryan removed my pool last week. The guys did an excellent job. They were able to work around small garden at south end of pool without removing metal art pieces and no damage to plants. They were courteous and made every effort to make sure I was satisfied. The finished project looks great. I would not hesitate to use Collin Bryan for any other home project.

The roof that was put on our home did not pass inspection with proper installation.

Edit: We bought the home. The 3 year warranty has passed and received directly from your office. So, yes, I have the right company. Multiple installation problems that will result in leaks/water damage. I now have to hire a different company to correct these issues.

Our family just had our first pool completed by Colin Bryan Construction and we are 100 percent satisfied with the craftsmanship, communication and comfort their staff provided.
