Collin County Clerk's Office, Plano TX

The staff here were SO incredibly friendly even though they were super busy at the end of the day on Friday. The taller woman with short blonde hair was an absolute delight. So grateful to have people like them working in our government offices!

The ladies working here are so kind! We went in today to get our marriage license. While it was very busy, they greeted everyone that came in and worked as quickly as possible. Kelley was very sweet and congratulatory as we got our marriage license!

Went for birth certificate of our newborn and it took total 10 minutes for the whole procedure including check in etc.

Tried to speak with two employees about extremely simple court procedure (recommeded from a Notice To Appear) and was literally told I had the wrong number. Perhaps I did? For both Shannon and the other woman I was forwarded to were honestly aloof and harsh in tonalty. I found a lack of general hospitality and felt disappointed by Plano's choice in representatives. The second woman at least asked me what number I called and referred me to the number on the citation even though the citation itself recommended the Plano County's clerks office as an option I should absolutely speak with if I were looking for handling a Notice To Appear properly.

To me, either the citation has misinformation or the Couhty Clerk's office in PLANO has staff that really are upfront about how they could care less about answering simple court procedures.

The lady who work here was super nice, i went for birth certificate for my daughter and i was out in 10 mins.will definitely recommend this place

I went in to get a copy of a Birth Certificate both of the ladies that work there are super nice and friendly I was in and out in less than 10 min.

Two angels run this office. I don't know how they deal with various people and attitudes but certainly left a positive impact on them. Bravo! They should be awarded and acknowledged.

The 2 ladies were so helpful and nice. They helped me get my birth certificate without any hassle or problems. Def reccomend this location to anyone.

The ladies at this office were amazing! The birth certificate was lost in the mail and I was running out of time to get the birth certificate to add him to our insurance. This office was the only friendly office I spoke with all day and helped me get the birth certificate at the end of the day when they were closing.

The two ladies that work here are so nice! I went in to get a copy of my son's birth certificate, and it wasn't ready by the State (I guess I went in waaay too early), and one of the ladies felt bad that I came in early so she gave me here office number and told me to call back everyday and she will confirm to me when it will be available for me to come. I called two days later and it was ready and I went in and got it within a few minutes! The two times I went they weren't busy, and the office is small and cozy.
