Collin County Justice of Peace, Frisco TX

First of all this is a court, i see these negative reviews and I can see why but at the end of the day these people are just doing their job. I’m sure they are very busy and can’t answer every single call, so try and give them a break. They are working as hard as they can. Second, when i had an issue for an unpaid toll that I had to pay for, the ladies were nothing but polite and respectful. They went the extra mile to make sure i was taken care of and i appreciate that so much, it may take a little while sometimes to get a hold of someone but when they do answer they are always prompt and respectful. I give the customer service 5 stars. Thank you judge Yarbrough and your staff for all you do for helping keep law and order. I had a wonderful experience and your staff is amazing! Keep up the good work.

Do not expect to get a fair trial with this judge. He has no clue about the law and runs this court with his EGO.

They never answer the phone or call you back for that matter. Have called multiple times. Left multiple voicemails. The voice recording says "you SHOULD receive a call back in 24 hours. Key would should but they never do.

Unprofessional and unkind. As a Veteran and a Nurse who clearly can not be such in these fields was treated like a criminal. They speak to you as if you are ignorant and they show no patience. It's as if they hate their job but show up everyday anyway and project their negative attitudes onto the customers. Everyone one deserves to be treated with respect. Especially if it's given in return. Service with a smile is important. They absolutely need to be retrained! (They would be inaccurate. I spoke with one individual but she was this description without a doubt)

Judge Yarborough is an absolute idiot - please stay away! There was so much evidence of criminal fraud and perjury from the other party, but the judge refused to do justice. Despite the law in this particular hearing, he considered issues outside his purview and awarded judgment to the criminals. No, not just judgment, he gave them attorney’s fees! Really - these guys are likely going to be in jail within the next few months! Once more evidence materialized at law enforcement, I requested a new trial. The judge just denied that motion - but asked to be kept up-to-date on the investigation! Perhaps he is angry that I filed a complaint with Judicial Conduct. So this is his revenge. That sounds very legal, right? Please heed my advice - stay far away from this judge who ignorantly - or maybe not-so-ignorantly - sided with criminals. Better yet, please be wise and vote him out in the next election. We deserve better!

I planned on appearing to plead on July 3rd. The court was open, I called to verify and the automated machine said they were open until 4. I arrived at 1: 30 and there was a piece of paper that said left early at 1. This court is a joke and a waste of time.

Though the Frisco city in Texas accepts deferred disposition through mail, the clerk at this location said the judge at this location presiding will not accept deferred disposition through mail. This is a huge inconvenience when this court follows its own rule to that followed by the city.

I am going to edit this down to two stars, the black lady who is at ext 7309- very unprofessional, very rude. I don't understand who manages these ladies, if she is still allowed to work there. Avoid her, if possible.

To make a long story short, I now have a warrant out for my arrest because of their incompetence. I have to drive over 50 miles one way to tell them how to do their job. Idiots, idiots, idiots!

The overly obnoxious females who handle all of the court documents love to spout on about fake laws they make up on the spot. When I ask for any sort of documentation about these fake laws, i am told "We can't give you any legal advice. " As if that is a logical answer to my question. I'm not asking for legal advice, especially not from the brain dead hens who occupy this court.
