Came to Collins today because I needed a tiny screw replaced on my saxophone. I was told it may have to be sent to a repair shop for the specific screw needed. Staff was super kind and very helpful and actually ended up finding the exact screw I needed and got it put on and tightened a few more that needed it! The store was easy to find and very clean and organized inside! Will definitely be back to shop local next time we need something!

Had a great experience with James and Cooper who both went above and beyond to make sure that my guitar was repaired. James did the actual work and guaranteed that I would like the way it played and he was right. Cooper was the one who corrected the original mistakes during intake and even delivered my guitar to me.all at a discount. Awesome! It started wrong but ended better than I could have imagined. Great customer service!

Had an excellent experience, James and the staff make it feel less like a store and more like you’ve walked into an old friends’ place. Had my Grandpa’s Strat and amp fixed up and James kept me up to date on the whole process. All of the repairs and new materials were explained to me so I knew exactly what was being replaced, why it was being replaced, and what it was being replaced with. Top notch folks, top notch equipment, and the only place I’ll go from now on!
