Colonial Jamestown Apartments - Onward Property Management, Amarillo TX

The rate for this place is a zero they won tell you that the building is abandoned it should be condemned the building structure is coming apart management is unprofessional it's not a good place for kid's never could keep a manager all the apartment's on the first floor was flooded out we were told if we cleaned our place out we would get our deposit back that never happen instead they added on late fees and all the pictures you see online is old back in 50s the swimming pool is out of commission and full of rats drug addicts lives and sleep's in the hallways at night and maintenance has keys to everyone's apartment, they have no problems going into your apartment to take what they want my. Laptop came up stolen the parking lot is ran down it's not safe to live there the owner always find new ways to get money out of you if you rent here you will regret later the laundry room is abandoned also.

Our home flooded and they made us clean the whole house to get our money back. They ended up adding late fees and last bills for us to get NOTHING. The town homes have rats and roaches! Horrible place and Ronda the Manager is the FAR WORST IVE EVER HAD.

Wish I could give this place zero stars. WORST apartment complex ever. Bedbugs, sketchy maintenance people fist fighting in the parking lot, maintenance requests never fixed and management is sloppy and unprofessional. This place should be condemned

They don't have a staff making the stairwell looking trashed and all the pet hair having it everywhere and they don't make you feel at home there

I used live this apartment is trash and need good management there run down place never rent there
