Colonial Reserve at Las Colinas, Irving TX

The amenities, location, apartments and the canal/lake themselves are very nice and useful to have and be around. The one big downfall of this complex is the fire alarms that has gone off (throughout the whole complex) nearly 8 times or so in just the 7 months I've been living here. The alarms would go off for roughly 15 - 30 minutes, and started going off anywhere from 3 o'clock in the morning, to 7 o'clock in the afternoon. Each time there was no fire. Overall, the living experience and the staff here are great, helpful and hardworking. I would recommend this place to others and say that it is a very good place to live.

I have lived in several places in Las Colinas. This is the best and well managed. Sad, I have to relocate and move out! Love the floor plans.

I’ve lived at CR for over a year. My experience has been exceptional! The office staff and maintenance are friendly and care about their residents. They ALWAYS go above and beyond to address any challenges when necessary. The activities they do are always fun! We even have a free exercise class with a personal trainer. I’ve lived in quite a few communities over the years and this one is the BEST! ️️️

Its a good place to stay. Though the floor feels like thin walls (Sometimes hear the sounds of people just walking), we had no big issues with that as they are quite common with most of the apartments, the management was always quick to work on any issues made them known.

This apartment community has a wonderful weekly fitness class with Coach J. She (Coach J) is an amazing leader in the power pump course on Wednesday’s. I highly encourage anyone interested in discovering their physical limits with encouragement to push past their limits & try this complementary power pump class!

Well, i feel that the pictures advertised are a bit deceiving. The only floor plan that is really up to date would be the one previewed which is rarely available. The units are spacious but are very dated for the price. Also, the units I were shown the air ducts are actually visible. Some people are into that look, but it looks tacky when the units are obsolete. They really lack the modern feel portrayed online. If that is what you are looking for, don't waste your time.

My sister recently moved in and the apartment was not even cleaned. She complained and they came in and did a half-clean, leaving her to clean her floors. I would NOT recommend this place!

Amazing Staff! Especially Jesica Ivy! She really goes above and beyond every time. I really love the feeling I get when I am there. Best Place to live in Las Colinas.

I was told if I got there before 4: 30 that I could do the tour and I got there at 4: 05 and didn't get to do the tour so I've decided to look elsewhere with better service.

This place is awesome! Great location and great apartment. Parking is NEVER a problem. I can always find at spot no matter the time or day. Super quiet, I never hear my neighbors. The gym is great and convenient. Service requests are always taken care of super fast.

I do hate the extra $30 for valet trash even though I never use it.

Unfortunately I had an incredibly noisy neighbor that would play loud music after 12am and though it is in the lease that loud noise is not tolerated, nothing was done by Colonial Reserve to address the loud music.

We lived here for 2 years and I have nothing than just compliments to this property. I work in hospitality and I know how people can be always focusing just in the bad and how difficult is to please everyone. The property is clean, well manteined, nice amenities, the layout of the apartments are awesome. Everytime I had a maintenance issue they fixed very fast. The manager look very committed to his job involved in the resident pool parties, brunches, yoga classes. I will miss this place.
