Needed to move out to C City for the summer, the maintenance was available to take care of any issues and Jake was especially helpful with administrative issues. The place was a good size for a decent price, would recommend especially for people who need to rent temporarily!

This was by far the best place I could find in Colorado City. I worked at the Hospital here for a couple of months.

My husband and I stayed her for a few months. Nice place and clean. All the essentials.

Stayed here on a 6 month contract. Looking to come back. Places are nice and clean. Mangement very easy to work with.
