There is now words how to express of gratitude from the Service team, Couple weeks ago, i was driving from San Antonio to San Diego when the my 2022 Chevy truck broke down in the fwy, Onstar send the tow truck and towed to Colt Chevrolet, we got there at 8: 30pm and the service manager was still working, he receive the vehicle and told me not to worry about that he will handle it next morning, I staid in the hotel over night and the following day they work nonstop until my truck was fix and i could continue with my trip. There are not many people with handle things so professional but going above and beyond to take care of their clients. Julio and Rogelio are true gentlemen's.
I'm so happy, Thankful and Grateful for everything you guys did.

Found the trouble, fixed it without a lot of drama. Good folks and the service department is 110% ready to go that extra little bit it takes.

The worst experience ever don't waste your time. They sell you vehicles that don't work then they hesitate to fix them. It sucks and it's sad honestly.

Terrible customer service, unprofessional sales team. We Took in a vehicle we had for a day a bunch of service lights started coming on - they told us to take it to auto zone. For months the trunk doesn’t open, we haven’t even bothered to take it cause i know It’ll be a guaranteed bad experience. Go to Odessa for a vehicle.

Had vehicle fixed, broke down 6 days later for the same reason. Dropped off 2 vehicles, was told they would have them looked at by a certain date. Called back, 2 weeks after that date, and they still hadn't looked at them.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Don’t recommend the sales department or the service department. Drive anywhere else

Refused to sell a 2021 Tahoe because I wouldn’t finance a deal through their lender of choice instead of my lender of choice.
