I hope this manager feels good about herself, all powerful of her little kingdom. You literally just cost this store money in a time where I could just order it online. Way to go lady.

I’m a Columbia fan, and this store is one of my favorite places to shop, especially for winter clothes and hiking outfits. The staff are helpful, and this place is tidy and inviting.

This store was perfect for finding water resistant shoes. The prices were great and so was the selection. I know what my relatives like since they wanted to go into the store. They got what they wanted.

A week ago, I bought four tees in this store, but only one bag took away, I am back today and just want get another three empty bags for gifts to my each friends, the duty manager with glasses women said No, this is bad business service, and it was happened on the manager!

Unfortunately I had bad experience. They need you to have the physical credit card to refund your returns. They didn't ask me for my "physical credit card" when I purchased online! Mainly, Columbia is ripping off customers to force them into taking store credit instead of refunding their credit card. Bad customer service. I'll stick with REI going forward.

I really like this brand. It is reliable and its quality does not change. Even always innovating and improving.

Got this from Columbia and the top broke as shown when my son used it at school. Store didn’t bother returning it. Very poor customer service.
