Columbia Greens Apartments, Houston TX

I was told almost two months ago I was approved. I changed my move in date twice due didn't want to pay back to back. On yesterday called spoke to Tracy was told my unit number and that everything was good to go. Today I get a call from Tracy and Maxey. Maxey tells me while on the phone with my boss of my employment that she needs a copy of my insurance policy and copy of my short term disability policy inorder to be approved. I have never heard this better in my life. My boss told both of them that is was a deduction from my pay. I am now left homeless due to them in my opinion giving my place away cause ain't no way I was approved months ago now you need a copy of life insurance and short term. What does that have to do with a place to stay. Maxey then said she needs it for my file. Girl bye, for what file and why. Corporate has yet to respond and I don't think it's fair to give people with kids false hope. I am heart broken and homeless cause Tracy said I was good almost a month ago. This is unacceptable

Worst apartment. It have not been the same since Gary left. Maintenance guys are sorry and the new manager is sorry. Smdh

The residents park at the visitors parking space, how in the world is someone suppose to park at visitors without having to worry about being towed if they are taken?

I have a relative that lives here and I like there apartment I’m interested im looking into moving in myself.

When I first moved in there were occasional issues with the water but other than that everything was fine. But now everything has gotten worse over time and now noone seems to be answering phone calls anymore

Great Staff Juana & Gary are the best! Nice spacious apartment, nice garden tub, quiet sadly I have to move due to personal reasons but I enjoyed my short stay! Gary was very understanding about my situation! I would recommend these apartments to anyone! If I could go back I definitely would!

I've been living here for 6 years and I looooooove it here! Mr. Gary is awesome and so is Ms. Juana. Its very quiet at night and I feel safe here. The apartments are spacious, very relaxing and they keep maintenance are always on time when you need assistance. I am very picky when it come to where I live.

I been staying in my apartment since February, I love my apartment is nice and quiet. The office staff is very courteous and helpful. Only thing I dislike is the parking and there only one dumpster for the entire complex. Otherwise, it's a very pleasant and good place to stay

Just moved in and wasn't told there were ROACHES. Little disgusting roaches. Was on the verge of moving but they are trying to fix the situation.hate moving so trying to work with them. Management has been really great so far.

I love my apartment at Columbia Greens. Been here 2yrs so far. The office and maintanence staff are very pleasant.

This is the worst apartments ever. They kept stealing my mail from the door. Trash everywhere and it's not clean. They will tow your car for no reason.

They towed my vehicle when the whole area clearly said visitor parking. There was no permit number on my parking space so there shouldn't be a reason why my vehicle was towed and I have to pay $222 out my pocket! Unforgivable

I enjoyed my two years at this property. Gary and Juana was very helpful and courtesy throughout my stay. Although I left to better my child's education I appreciate the staff.

I have been a Resident here for will be 8 years April, 30th I absolutely love it here office staff is very professional maintenance work really hard to keep things a one. Mr. Gary is loved by MANY.

Peaceful. I love it here! Parking issueshas been addressed and taken care of and management is always courteous, kind, and professional. Maintenance staff is very prompt, knowledgeable, and professional.

The staff here is the best I've ever seen. I'm looking forward to may 31st.ready to be a resident here.
