Outstanding customer service! I just needed a double threaded bolt for a curtain rod. They not only got me the right size bolt, but they cut the head off a carriage bolt to make one for me.

I went here looking for a rather hard to find set screw. I didn’t even know what I was looking for, and the gentleman who helped me went above and beyond. Although they didn’t carry this screw in this size in stainless steel, he called around for me without my even asking him to do so and then gave me ideas of where else to look. This hardware store is awsome. You generally have to ask where things are, as items are a little hard to self find. But, their inventory is great. I shop in there weekly for my business. Brian is extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. They are great at helping me find odd bolts and hardware.
