Comanche Appliance Co, Inc. reviews
14We bought a new mattress at an excellent price. Employees were very knowledgeable and friendly! I recommend them a n d will shop there again!
Super helpful staff! Helped me find the wall art I was looking and carried it to my car for me!
Comanche Appliance went out of their way to assist me with my washer problem. My son built me a small house and it has beautiful stained wooden floors. I have an older Speed Queen washer/dryer combo and after 2-3 loads it would just flood the laundry room, bath, and even into the bedroom. They were all very helpful getting a repairman out to look at it. I live way out in the country, I say 13th and Plum. 13 miles out and Plum back in the sticks. Friendly people and go out of their way to fix your problem.
They fixed my 35 year old Maytag so I didn't have to buy a new one. I love my old machine. He was prompt and friendly. Very happy with the process.
Huge selection but nothing but two $700+ washers available for immediate purchase. Found a better "available" selection elsewhere.
This company and their repairman are great. Had warranty work on brand new GE machine and they got to me in a timely manner. Brad figured it out, got my part and was right back to fix it! Great service and great repairman.
Our Whirlpool Refrigerator seemed to completely die as far as cooling from top to bottom. Although it took 5 days to get a service appointment, we were pleased when Brad, the service technician, called and then showed up on time with a mask on! Brad was courteous and polite. He diagnosed the problem, went to his truck for a part, and fixed the refrigerator within minutes. Thank you Brad and Comanche Appliance.
After the Texas Freeze, our ice maker quit working. We did what we could but still ended up calling Comanche appliance for help. They were excellent. Called when they had a date to our area to set up an appointment. Called when they were on the way. Got here when they said they would. Service guy - I’m sorry I didn’t get your name- you were excellent. Mask in place. Super polite. Was in and out quickly and efficiently and best of all problem solved. Thank you.
Some of the worst customer service. Had to wait a week for an appointment. Then after waiting all day for the service they canceled telling me I would be first thing the next morning. After waiting another 2.5 hours the next morning with NO communication from them I called and was told they had no idea when the service person would arrive. Said there was an emergency. Everything spoiling in my broken fridge is an emergency to me! Wouldn't be quite as angry at wasting 2 whole days if they had just communicated better.
Service Tech actually did a good job once he finally arrived. They really need better communication at that office.
I would rate a rent to own company better than Comanche appliance. 1st, they deal with damaged items, "fix them" and sell them as new. 2nd, furniture on the sales floor can be used and they still sell as new, at discounted rates. 3rd, they offer 6 months no interest, but if not paid within 3 months they will have the cops issue a warrant for your arrest since the owner is on the city council. Do yourselves a favor and shop somewhere else. Its pretty bad when the manager has to put a 5 star rating with Google to get attention.
Great service and great staff! It was a breeze dealing with Brian and getting everything together! Thank y’all so much and I would definitely recommended them to anyone!
We've bought beds, furniture, stoves, refrigerators, washers and dryers from Robert. We love the selection they offer and they are so nice and helpful.
Comanche Appliance has been in this town longer than I have. They really did good when they moved to this location (a grocery store had gone out of business). Now they have plenty of parking and easy access. I have only used them to do repairs for me and in this area, you couldn't ask for better. The guys show up when they say they will, they are friendly and get the job done quickly. They never leave a mess. I am grateful for our town to have Comanche Appliance.
Very disappointed in this company. I ordered a fridge from Home Depot and when it came there was a dent/wave in the door so I called Home Depot and they used Comanche Appliance to install new doors for me on the fridge. When the technician came, he smelled terrible like a pack of cigarettes and then asked for my help when installing the doors (holding them while he connected them). Well, the right door that came was not LG (at least it didn't have the logo on it) and was dented/wavy worse than the original one. To be fair, I don't know if Home Depot or Comanche Appliance made the order for the new ones. Well, I told the tech that the right door is even worse than the first one so just to put the first one back on; but he scratched it all up taking it off - so I told him to just leave it and I'll call Home Depot. I called Home Depot and they were going to send another replacement but somehow Comanche Appliance "didn't get the order" so Home Depot called them to confirm and when Home Depot spoke to Comanche Appliance, they told them that the project is already finished/completed and that the doors were fine. WHAT? Comanche Appliance's explanation was "that's just the way the door is supposed to be". Well then why is the one on the left perfectly fine - and if Home Depot was willing to replace the one that was dented, why the heck would you stop them - don't they want the money for the project whether they agree with the replacement or not? If home depot is willing to send me 14 doors until I get one that looks like the left one that is perfectly fine, why wouldn't they be willing to take the money from Home Depot for the project until I get a good door? So now here I am trying to undo their comment so that I can get a door that doesn't blind you when you walk by it by the light reflecting in the dent. I would choose another company for your project.
