Hands down the best training I've experienced in 10+ years of JJ training. The technique is applicable to all real world scenarios. A super cool community where everyone is welcome regardless of how much you know. If you are an experienced grappler or a new beginner this is the best place to train!

Excellent facility with top notch training. I trained here for 5 weeks during an internship, as I am originally from Oklahoma City. Alan and his entire staff were extremely helpful and welcoming from the beginning. I can’t say enough great things about Tier 1! I highly recommend checking them out if you’re anywhere near the area. (And try out the fitness classes! They’re killer in the best way!)

Having trained and coached in a few different world class gyms across the country, I can honestly say that this facility has no peer when it comes to training environment, brother/sisterhood, and a no nonsense take on the art of jiu jitsu. Nothing is perfect, but if you would like to get as close as possible, there is no better place than shebaro jiu jitsu; where your actions define you, and the only limit is the one you place on yourself

I had a wonderful experience for the couple classes I took (since I was just visiting). Coach Alan has great way of combining jiujitsu and judo that I haven't experienced before, in a way that was very easy to implement into your individual jiujitsu game. I loved how the warm ups for the gi and Nogi was practicing different takedown entrances instead of mindless drills, everything had a purpose. Be sure to stop by if your in the area 10/10.
