Terrible don’t open account this place you will be surprised with fees, Is crazy they don’t explain the features for their accounts, you will be just another number for their commissions, bad services.

Avoid this branch. They treat you like a criminal or like they're doing you a favor when giving you your own money. I understand they deal with fraudsters often, but after giving them your credentials and account information they still wonder if "if you changed your signature". Yami was the teller. She's terrible and looks miserable being there. Why go to work with that attitude? It's akways at this location. Something is off with management and it rolls downhill because it's happened here before. The location down the road at Windermere and 1960 is an absolute joy to go there. Friendly and professional. AVOID 1960 and 529. ~longtime Comerica Business customer.

I went to the bank to deposit a check in my business account. I sat in the driveway for 45 mins because the manager Michele Bland could not get authorization to deposit the check. I even told them that I don't need the funds immidiately but I need to leave as I had another appointment. I finally went in the branch where Ms was extremely rude. She could not understand why was I upset, she would not tell me how long would it take and she accused me of lying when I told her I had been waiting for 45 mins. She told me to leave with my check as she could not deal with me. I have never had such worse experience with a bank manage who was incapable of depositing a check. I strongly recommend to stay away from the branch was business accounts and please stay away from Ms. Bland. I guess they don't need customers if they had no qualms throwing a business customer out of the bank for trying to make a deposit.

I put a substantial amount of money in a non interest bearing checking account for a reason, the problem is I do not want a statement mailed, and their website is over the top with the security questions.you will have to answer questions like who was your fav college professor? What is the last name of your oldest maternal cousin? Yep, already have to move my money——my opinion too hard to do business with!

Michele B. The bank's president very rude and argumentative with me as a.disabled customer. Started fighting with me over a small cardboard key holder for safe deposit box. Got smart with me stating they did not have any a nd did not even go the extra mile to see if she could try to get me a replacement since this one word out and risks losing a key that costs $200 or so. Common sense should prevail, lack of service and respect, do not bank here. Another lady was in waiting room for 30 minutes until I prodded her to let the lady know others are also waiting. There was a smart bass Hispanic lady that works there with glasses that believes she can treat you like you are her brother.

Terrible credit card experience with comerica high interest rates and hidden fees. Would stay away from getting another account with them.

Ive been extremely disappointed with this bank as a whole. I get we are under a crisis in Houston currently but i have been try to get to any comerica bank since Friday the 25th by 12 and today is Wednesday the 30th and ive called branches and no one is open or sent an email for that matter to all there residents. Totally disappointed with comerica

Horrible experience with this bank would not go there. Charged me $66.75 in overdraft fees when I never went over and wouldn't refund at all even after arguing for an hour and tried to blame this on me.

This is the worst bank in USA History. And anyone looking for a bank! Don't put this bank on your list.
