If I could give it a NO STAR I totally would! They are so rude and did not do the service that was suppose to be provided. The associate working there on the afternoon is rude and disrespectful and hinged up on me in the middle Of the call. Spoke the manager the next day and he was NO HELP AS WELL! DO NOT GO HERE! Take your money elsewhere.

I have a wedding dress that was preserved 25 years ago. When I opened it last week, it was stained and a mess. The company I had used in Florida did a terrible job. We are doing a photo shoot for our 25th anniversary and I called to see if they could help me. I dropped it off and while they couldn’t get out all the 25 year old stains (not their fault!), they were upfront and honest. They were professional and kind. They followed up and kept me informed. They knew I needed it by Saturday and they were working hard to make sure I picked it up before closing. I don’t get a lot of things dry cleaned but I’ll be using them any time I do! Their customer service is 10/10!

Their charges are ridiculous. I was charged $71 for just 3 dresses. Never seen charges like that. I will stick to the ones camp wisdom.
Ask for prices before dropping off your clothes.

Last 2 orders one item is always missing. Reported the issue to management who responded with " you dropped off 8 you got 8 back we have nothing for you". He did not offer to take the time to look for the items or ask what items were missing. Still waiting for the owner to respond as well.

These guys came through in the clutch for me. I took my clothes for dry cleaning on a Friday, and situation came about at the service plant and I was informed that my clothes wouldn’t be ready until Monday rather than the next day (Saturday). The owner was called and he made things happen. Plus my clothes were cleaned very good. Satisfied customer.

Employees are very attentive.

One young lady remembers my last and first name and some other particulars that she recalls as ai walk in. I felt like that added a special touch when doing customer service.

I read the reviews and still went up there and gave them a shot and I regret not trusting the reviews. This place does a poor job at cleaning clothes. I will not be returning nor recommend this place. DO NOT come here.
