4This location seems like it is notorious for losing items that they are being trusted to dry clean. I dropped off a vintage Ralph Lauren dress I bought in New York and today when I went to pick it up, the employee said that there is nothing in the system under my name. Thankfully I had the ticket with the invoice number but the employee said she cannot do anything to help and just gave me the owner's number to call. About an hour later, I got a call from the employee that they found the item and a call back from the owner that they found it. The employee said that they registered by dress with someone else's account. When I took the dress out to look at it, I noticed the belt for the dress was missing. I asked the employee if they had the dress but she said the same thing-she doesn't know, call the owner, and go to their main location in a neighboring city to ask them. We drove all the way there and was told they don't have the belt there either, but after we asked her to at least take a look in the back, she returned with the belt on a hanger. So basically, if you want to get your items back from them, you have to run around chasing it and basically beg them to help you out. And they charge you for the dry cleaning after the whole chase as well.
Needed a suit done quickly. After giving them a call they agreed to get my suit ready for my meeting within the hour therefore getting me out of a bind. Friendly staff and good work. Thanks

Went to get my dry cleaning on Friday (said it would be ready on Thursday) and it wasn't ready. Came back Saturday at 10am (their adjusted opening time for COVID) and waited for 20 minutes for someone to show up to open the store. I left at 10: 20 and no one was there. They also haven't updated their hours on here so I'm about to roll the dice to make sure that they are open to finally free my shirts from this hostage situation. I will never use this business again.
