Horrible service. Ruined my DRY CLEANING. 2K worth of clothes ruined because they treated it like wash and fold. Shrunk my husband’s customs shirts. Shrunk2 brand new dresses.manager was rude and totally disrespectful. I even heard them talking about me in Spanish like I couldn’t hear or understand. Absolutely horrible. They didn’t even acknowledge what happened. They just gave excuses and tried to blame my housekeeper. No accountability.

Livid doesn't begin to describe my feelings. I dropped of this top to be cleaned. Picked it up, and took it home. When I pulled it out to wear to an event, this is what I found? I had also dropped off a comforter to be cleaned, so when I went in today to pick it up, I took the blouse. The manager insisted that they didn't do anything wrong, and that it is a defect, and I need to take it back where I purchased it and see if they can help me. She didn't even offer to refund me what I paid in cleaning. I explained that even if they felt it was a defect, they should be transparent, and should have notified me of the situation when I picked up the top, and at the very least, have not charged me for the cleaning. Then, I look to my comforter that I dropped off to be laundered, and I see this tear, almost like it hung up on something. Again, the manager insisted that it wasn't their fault, and she charged me the full $28 for the comforter cleaning. Worst customer service ever, and unless you want to have to replace your clothing or bedding, I would go else where. If I could give them a zero, I gladly would.
