Comet Cleaners has always done an excellent job with a few items that I have to bring in on a regular basis. One of which is a faux fur throw which Jack Brown's wanted to charge me $45 which I'm sure is about what it cost to buy a new one. So I looked around and I found Comet Cleaners. A dress and the throw was under $40. I was stuck in traffic and they stayed a little past closing just until I got there. I thought that was very kind of them to wait for me. Great customer service. Looks like I will be going here from now on! Thank you, cleaners!

The first time I dropped off here the clothes still had a slight odor after and kind of a dusty odor but I've never used dry cleaners and thought maybe it's a one time thing.
The second time, everything was rushed when I came in, they just said to leave it and gave me a ticket without talking about prices/options/special needs. I needed to ask them about stain removal and if I could pay for 24 hour turn around or how that works. Again, rushing things along, she looks at the small stain and says that will probably come out. I wanted to make sure or pay for a removal, I don't know how that works but left, it was chaotic in there. Came back the next day and the stain is 100% there not even faded and the dress had a fold wrinkle on the bottom. I couldn't wear it to my works holiday party. This was after they couldn't find my clothes for about 5 minutes before calling another location and saying they were sent there for rush cleaning. I had to drive over there in rush hour which would not have prompted a negative review if the dress was in better condition than id left it in. I also couldn't get back in the 48 hour window to get it fixed.

Had a small incident where an employee who I dropped my clothes off with didn’t write my information down to pair it with my clothes & bedding. Turns out they actually weren’t sure what items were mine (which I knew would happen) at the time of pickup. Lisa was SO helpful to me when I called the store to see where my items were. She told me she would get to the bottom of it and that she did. She called me back and even sent me photos to make sure those were my items. Very sweet and so so helpful. If you encounter Lisa during your visit you’re in good hands!

I’ve showed up a couple times to pick up my clothes and no one is there. Trashy signs all over the windows and place looks like a mess inside. Done using this location.

Took in a Queen size comforter to be dry cleaned…was finished when promised. Picked up on a Saturday and the lady working was kind, and very pleasant!

I dropped off my son's suit on a Wednesday for an event that he had the following Sunday. I was told that it would be ready the next day after 5pm. I went Friday afternoon to pick to. I gave the guy working my name and last 4 of my phone number. He comes back trying to tell me that I had not dropped anything off. I reassured him that I did and asked him to reach out the the lady that had received it. I left to give him time to work on it and told him I'd be back before they closed to pick it up. Upon returning I was informed that he called one of his coworkers and was told that they would review cameras on Monday. I reinforced that Monday would be too late. I asked him to call his manager and he informed me that he was the manager yet he didn't know how to review the cameras himself. After going back and forth with him and not getting anywhere, I left and returned Saturday morning. I was greeted by Nicole who happened to be the one that I had dropped it off with. She was able to find the suit and get us squared away. She was friendly and knowledgeable and the only reason I'm leaving a 3 star review and not a 1 star review. The guy I encountered on Friday would get "0" stars. He needs lessons in customer service. Had he reached out to Nicole the day before, our issue could have been resolved in a matter of minutes. Instead he wanted to argue to tell me ever excuse in the books as to why he couldn't do anything. Yall need to hire more Nicole's! Thank you Nicole!

First time visiting the NB Comet. Not used to not being provided a receipt for your clothes. Instead was told I’d receive a text when they would be ready. The clerk wrote my name and number on a pie of paper and tucked under my items. I did receive the text the following week. Prices are reasonable. Tough to get into parking lot with the traffic on 46.
