Bad cleaners, I’ve been taking my clothes three times and all the three find out my clothes is damage never go to that place…I have to cleaned my self and the leather label I have to remove it…

Clothes smelled Wonderful, Service was very friendly. Would consider using em. But honestly I'm retired and a tight wad. So I do my own

Lost 2 pair of my jeans, new they lost them and never called me back, and when I called them would t even answer the phone because they new it was me. Instead of giving me a credit they chose to ignore it. Place is trash

Not comet now its Heritage dry cleaners droped a pair of $90.00 blue jeans off on a Friday and picked up same day put them on Monday morning and found what looks like a bad hot spot from a iron or press went in and showed then before going to work was told would have to talk to owner came back and talked with him on Wednesday when he was available to be told he would have them patched poor customer service after using them for 4 years will not be going back

Don’t use them, some how a down blanket and sheets came back dirtier than they went out. They like to make excuses

Cut off for one day service was 9 o’clock. They held it till nine and for me till 910 and were very kind whenever others drycleaners were not. Definitely will come back.

They ruined a $500 dress that I had the opportunity to wear one time. When I confronted them on their mistake, they had zero remorse and zero care to remedy the situation. Do yourself a favor and keep your possessions away from this business.

Ruined a silk dress. Owner refuses to answer calls or emails and was a NO SHOW when we finally scheduled a meeting. Reporting to Jack Godfrey about the franchise!

I asked the lady behind the counter if this location was associated with the national chain of Comet Cleaners. She couldn't answer. With 4 dress shirts needing cleaned, I gave her my phone number, last name and first name. I spelled my name twice for her and she still misspelled. My first visit to this location. If you cant pay attention to details enough to spell my name correctly, you're not worthy of my business. Sorry but I don't do business with stupid people.

Never called to tell me shirts were ready, closed 3 hours early on the day I needed said shirts. Have had shirts with the collar still dirty (just as I sent them) and many pressed in wrinkles. Save yourself the time, don’t go here.
